Helpful and Accommodating - would recommend
We rang them yesterday (10/3/26) to see if they could collect our two seater and three seater sofas urgently, as we had been let down by the British Heart Foundation (yet again). They were very helpful and accommodating and collected our sofas on the 11/3/26. Can definitely recommend

Totally unreliable
Booked a 2 hour window collection, emailed 36 hours beforehand to say cannot fulfil this, needs to be an am collection 0730 -1300. No show! No communication whatsoever. Telephone call to enquire what’s going on, waited an hour, no return call. Awaiting a refund. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly just rude. If you cannot provide a service don’t offer it. First and last time using, totally unreliable.
