I ordered parts for my 64 Impala in…

I ordered parts for my 64 Impala in November and it’s May and I’m still waiting for pack order parts
Side trim for the 64 Impala does not match one section is round and then the final section is angled.
Other than that, they did a good job correcting what they did wrong with other parts.

Customer service was horrible

Customer service was horrible, numerous times I tried calling in to check status cuz i was left wondering when my order was going to ship, and never got thru even after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes! Ultimately delivered but 2 weeks later than when I was estimated upon ordering.

Box busted, part bent

Came with part of the fender broken through box and bent. If I was building a show car I would be furious. I'm building a driver so I'm annoyed.
