No Confidence, Believe Company is a Scam

I was charged only the amount of the product I purchased, however, got worried when I didn't receive anything at first that I even bought something. Called my credit card company and my bank, and was told my debit card number wasn't showing up. Was told it WAS a scam, and I ordered a new card plus am fighting the charge.

I noticed a charge of $49.99 and looked…

I noticed a charge of $49.99 and looked up the company. I have no idea who they are or what they sell. I checked my account and found that I was charged for four months. The first month, I was charged $9.99 and 69.99 and $49.99 every month after that for a total of $229.95. I talked to Emma who told me I took out a subscription but they would refund me this past month and half of last month because that's the best she could do. I wasn't happy but agreed because I just wanted it done and over with. I check my account this month and instead of refunding me, they charged me once again. I contacted them again and now I am being told I can't get a refund because they provided me with services in my subscription...the one I never took out. I have had it with this company. I'm contacting my bank and reporting them for frsud.

Scam- take three payments when signed for one

Signed up to a one month subscription at 14.99 and they added a 39.99 and a 19.99 charge without my authority

Feels like complete scam.
Have requested refund of all three as lost faith. If I get it I’ll update this review

Product does nothing except take your money

As someone who spent 27
Years as a cyber and forensic analyst for a federal agency, this product is nothing more than good marketing. At the request of a news journalist I installed the most basic counter intelligence programs on my phone. Clario did not identify any malware of any kind. Since they are a Dubai company, they are shielded from the normal compliance and enforcement guidance that we (USA) regularly use to keep Fraudulent activity off US soil.

UPD. I shared my reference number and email on the trustpulot verification system. Attempting to undermine my review by saying you cannot find my information is a typical response from someone who wants to throw doubt on the review. On the contrary, I was actually very hopeful that this program worked in some capacity but realized quickly that it was nothing more than a scam.

Charged 49.99 monthly unexpectedly

I bought one product from them and they somehow got me paying for a subscription monthly for $49.99 that I did NOT sign up for!!!

Charged me extra without consent!!

I signed up for a one Month 14.99
I then downloaded the app and they automatically charged me 40$!
They also connect you to a customer service person who starts sending you links to other services you need to buy in the app … very disappointing.

Clario are crooks…there app does…

Clario are crooks…there app does nothing to find spyware on your phone.
The app is $14.99 and have add ons you have to buy to get the full affect and use pop-ups to get you to click on things to charge you more.
They ended up taking $14.99 three times and another $9.99 for support.
Beware they will take your money!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a product on January 29, 2025 and have not received it. I've reached out to the so called customer service and have been told it's in transit and to be patient. They also gave me several different examples of ridiculous number of days to expect the package.
I give up. I'm going to request a refund and I'm sure the refund will probably take a decade. My rating for this company is negative 5 stars.
I DO NOT recommend this company. They are full of lies. I'm sure those highly rated reviews are from AI and not real customers.

A real cyber security company for iOS

People always say and I know for a fact that there is no Apple app that can help you with security issues. Well, that’s no longer true.!! This 24/7 365 customer service and knowledge is second to none. I love the apple wraps. They are nice. But they can’t help you not if you’re having real problems they gotta put the update out and then they’re not gonna tell you.! I’m not 100% fixed yet. Because I have a real team that is messing with me because they’re scumbags. But Claro is teaching me and helping me.! When I get 100% fixed, I will come back and I’ll even name the company that is the one messing with me so nobody else uses their service! You might invest with them, but you won’t get your money!
I am so happy that Clara was here because the crypto team knocks my debit card out the day before I’m supposed to pay for my next month. But they still help me. They can also clean up the Internet for you. Make you a ghost. And it’s super affordable! I will be back to review more and if I’m wrong, I will let y’all know. But this is what we have all needed because the Internet is the wild wild West!! And without this team, my life on the Internet would no longer exist! And if you think you’re good with the electronics, the coding, all that stuff. I’m better! And I still can’t stop this team all the time from Zerrion! But Cleo seems to be doing a pretty good job! Look at any of my other reviews I’ve only gave one other good one. These companies are crap. These people are professionals.! This is January 27, 2025
