SCAM

Signed up, they took 2 payments $1.01 and $14.99 after downloading the app, they then wanted another payment. A few days later they took a further $19.99 from my car. Can get hold of anyone at the company.

I have now had to cancel my card. Absolute scam!!

Overcharged and not cancelled subscription

Signed up for the app and decided to cancel after free trial. Then emailed told I was being charged for subscriotion. Emailed to cancel and was acknowledged as cancelled. Then another email saying i've been charged for more apps. Emailed and said I did not cancel when I had. Now arguing that they will not refund the money and to make it worse have over charged me according to my bank statements and with multiple non GBP transaction fees as well.

Terrible terrible app and customer service. Awaiting final response.

This app is a scam

This app is a scam. My bank card has been cancelled as this app keeps trying to debit random unauthorised payments from my card. I cancelled the app immediately as it didn’t seem right, it does little than give you a checklist, the app doesn’t seem to help with anything else. Be weary…

Dreadful

Dreadful. Extra charges, hidden charges. Cancelled the three options available to me through the app and was then charged again and told I hadn’t cancelled my subscription. Not very helpful customer service. Product/services not great either.

The company billed me for a service…

The company billed me $40 for a service which was never ordered or used. The Anti Spy app was easy enough to use but I’m not convinced it actually does anything apart from performing the simplest checks. I requested a refund. Clario decided not to refund me for the App Bundle of useless apps which was never ordered. It’s a 100% scam company. Avoid at all costs.

its a scam avoid , cancelled subscription but they keep taking monthly payments . their customer enquiry forms don't work , no reply to emails , a closer shop that just takes your money repeatedly . to add insult the app is useless . Avoid

Unethical scam billing

Unethical scam billing!
Paid for subscription. Cancelled it right away, but then billed $38.85 consecutive times, thankful my bank eventually declined them.
As there was no way in their app to unsubscribe to the extra apps and services that you get signed up to, you don’t even know you’re being billed for them. When you log into your account , the subscription page says no active subscription.

I requested a refund, which was denied: for
Me the the app wasn’t able to meet the advertised claims, and was not fit for the purpose it was sold.

My advice. Stay away, very very limited functionality, especially considering the subscription price.

Edit: not sure how to reply to the reply - I already spoke to your customer service and while your terms and notification of signing up for additional services, may fall within the legal requirement- it’s doesn’t make it ethical or right. As you don’t know you have signed up and you dont cancel the extras when you cancel the original subscription.

I got the following condescending email reply : Natalie_a1 @ icloud . com is my email:
After carefully checking your account, we’re sorry to inform you that we’re unable to issue a refund for the Apps Bundle subscription, as the request was made after the trial period had already expired.

Your subscriptions are canceled, so you won't be charged again.

We truly understand that this might be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fraudulent Billing Galore!!! Beware

Signed up and paid 14.99 for one month, cancelled the next day, then four days later was billed 39.98 and another 14.99. The payments luckily declined due to insufficient funds.

I blocked the payments moving forward with my bank and the same afternoon they used another company to try billing me again!

Won’t be utilizing their services again.

I was charged after I had cancelled my subscription. Was a free triaI but was charged and didn’t provide information as advertised. Called my bank and was told I should of been given a cancellation reference which was not done. I ordered a new card plus am fighting the charge. SCAM stay away
