Engineer was on time, quickly understood the use case and future network plan of the home, checked everything, solved numerous challenges from routing fibre from street to house, explained everything superbly. The root supplier was Vodafone; on this occasion, the liaison between Vodafone and CItyFibre was seamless, with everything working right first time.

Very fast installation of fibre under my paved patio. The two gentlemen installing it took me through the plan, did a great job and demonstrated the working product before they left. Really impressed, and you honestly cannot tell where they lifted the tiles up. Brilliant.

I was meant to be transferring over to fibre on 5th June 2026, I did inform Sky when she called me that we tried with City Fibre two years ago and they couldn't instal it due to a blockage. This went on for two months at the time and eventually it became so stressful as I was also moving suppliers that I told them to forget it!!. Anyway, on the 5th June it couldn't be activated due to the exact same reason. On Friday 12th the City Fibre/Kelly people turned up again, unannounced, so didn't even know they were coming, they'd been misinformed where the blockage was, so again were unable to sort it. Prior to leaving they had a can of bitumen explode all over the road, as if this wasn't bad enough they then spread the contamination on to our brand new block paving driveway whilst attempting to clean up the spillage! They were directing the jet wash towards the drive not away from it so of course it went on to the drive ! Then they walked in it and left footprints! They have said that they would replace the damaged block paving but there is no way I'd trust them to do this. Videos and photos are available for viewing. Seeing is believing! We then cleaned the mess up ourselves from the block paving, only for them to appear last weekend, without us knowing! Jet washed the huge spillage in the road, making it spread and leaving behind another foot print on the block paving! Your site foreman also said that the damage to the actual road would be dug up and replaced - if this is to ever happen, (doubtful) please ensure that even further damage doesn't spread to the block paving drive way.
I don't understand why all this information isn't on hand from 2 years ago regarding the blockage before we started this whole rigmarole yet again. Also, last time in 2024 (April to June) you made such a mess of our gravel drive that the site guy promised us that he'd get a tonne of the matching gravel delivered to us. Of course, that didn't happen at the time either and he eventually started ignoring my calls. Now two years later I'm in the same position with the blockage - obviously!... and now we have the added stress and upset of the damage to our brand new driveway. This service is ABYSYMAL! I really did not want to deal with your company again after the last fiasco but Sky pushed me on this due to apparent changes in 2027 for the supply of broadband. I copied you in on a complaint to Sky 16/6... zero response from yourselves. Your site guy Chris said he would call me 15th or 16th June, never did. It's all empty promises, lies and unprofessionalism. He assured us that we would be advised when they were coming back - again nothing!
As stated to your workers, I have been advised now on several occasions that the blockage is approximately 20 metres from my connection box in the drive, in front of my neighbour's house, previously marked CF two years ago, which can still faintly be seen.! Told the first crew this and the second crew, so I fail to understand why when they returned on the 12th June they'd been advised of a different location. Be good if you could pull your communications together. I didn't find this service acceptable the first time round and this time is proving to be even more challenging from the outset.
They have now turned up AGAIN today 25/6... unannounced, despite him telling me previously I would be advised. Luckily my partner was at home. If I could give zero stars I would. Headache from start to finish, both in 2024 and now. God only knows what chaos and damage the Chuckle Brothers will cause today!

It was easy to apply for online. They ordered the router automatically, which arrived 1 day before the engineers showed up. I received text messages at every stage. Engineers arrived within the 8am-1pm time slot provided. Installation was completed as requested so that the existing house set up was reused, which was great. No extra holes and the same site used to install internal wall sockets was excellent. The engineers were polite and got on with the job and left without fuss. The internet appears to be working ok, I’m still waiting to see how stable the service is. So far so good.
