I love my new car but the over all experience didn’t go according to plan.
I was expecting my vehicle to be ready to pick up at the depot but it wasn’t delivered on time so I had to wait longer but Cinch did get it delivered to me free of charge.

Customer service terrible told to stop calling, but they had taken the money and not give me the car, because it smells funny, which is good they checked it, but after that it was down hill, no update unless I rang and was told noting changed, so cancelled car, got a new one love the car, but don’t recommend poor management!!

Huge range of cars and really helpful staff who helped us through the whole buying process. Being able to have the car delivered was also really useful. We are really pleased to have used cinch. Two minor points that cinch could improve to make this a truly 5 star experience: 1) allow people to select more than one car to view. 2) be more up front about the additional warranties they suggest purchasing - the extended warranty brings the overall warranty up to industry standard and should be built into the price of the car, and the rest is just trickle pricing for less essential things. Overall though it's a great place to buy a good quality used car really simply and quickly, with helpful staff.

Latest update: Halfords took one look at the battery and said it should never have been sold with it - it’s completely dead £159 cost to me and Cinch’s reply .. ZERO- there is NO aftercare so don’t expect any from these lying cheats

I cannot fault my visit here, from the moment I arrived I was approached and assisted on where I needed to park and to make my way to the reception for further assistance, once I entered the reception I was called over by a friendly gentleman on hand to help me through the part exchange of my vehicle, did all the checks and showed me around my vehicle I was purchasing, I was feeling a little sad due to not wanting to part exchange my vehicle, due to circumstances out of my control but this particular gentleman helped me feel more positive about the vehicle I was taking home (I am so sorry I cannot remember your name) the car was immaculate and well looked after and I drove the car 3 hours home with no problems. Thank you very much for a professional, friendly and efficient handover.

An absolute nightmare from the moment the car arrived, it arrived completely covered in scratches the car had not beenvaleted as promised the inside was filthy with ground in mud in the carpets and just filthy throughout, it was driven to our driveway not brought on a trailer which I didn’t think was great ( in small print apparently) not like advert! Then, you could not speak to anyone as they are there to sell the car at the weekend, but if there’s any problems you have to wait till Monday. Returning the car has also been extremely difficult and they still have our money 2 weeks later! We have been promised call backs which have not happened and right at the last minute they left a message to say they can’t collect on the date arranged over a week ago. Yet again we can’t get hold of anyone and yet again they didn’t call back as promised, truly the worst retail experience that me and my wife have been through and we still haven’t got the car collected or got our money back. We have since brought a car from Motorpoint which was perfect from start to finish, quality cars and amazing customer service.

Excellent customer interface, via telephone and subsequently in person. Reason for 4 stars is that it was an electic vehicle and we asked for it to be charged( at our expense) ready for 3 hour journey home. There was no charge so 3 hours became 5 hours. Disappointing that Cynch internal comms failed.
