This is the 3rd time I have used Cinch and each time has been brilliant the staff that turn up with your car are very polite friendly and knowledgeable and 2 weeks or 250 mile to give it a good test drive

Mo Khan dealt with my handover today. Very honest and seamless transition and he was transparent at all times. Would definitely recommend seeing to Mo if the choice is there!!

Howard was brilliant - showed me all the basic features and gave me a run down on how to drive an automatic as a complete newbie. Thank you to Howard and the Cinch team for my lovely new car.

Car came with no spare tyre or inflation kit and a deflating tyre! Also half a jack kit but no jack.
Also a rear rattle. Going to get it checked before deciding if it going back...
Might be nothing but I'd expect it to have been spotted

Avoid at all costs, if I could rate no stars I would!
Went to Corby, looked around the car, cold started it all seemed fine, got on the road to start a 2 hour drive home, tyre pressure warning light came on, so they needed checking, did the reset on them, and it came on again
Got back to my hometown of Colchester, went to Tesco, left the vehicle for about 30 minutes, came back, started the engine and the engine warning light illuminated, called Cinch, can get me in next week, but I’m due to go on holiday, so won’t be around to hand the keys over
In the end decided to hand the car back, I had the car for all of 4 hours before the light came on, absolutely shocking!

Ashley in the Derby branch was superb, he explained everything in detail, helped me complete the tax and how to register my part exchange as sold. He was super knowledgeable about the car, explaining the little nuances and made sure I was completely comfortable before driving off.

Purchased the car as seen, and only viewed it when I went to collect it. My first test drive was the 130 mile journey home.
The handover went very smoothly
For this it was 5 out of 5.
Once home, I looked at the service book, and Cinch completed a service at the beginning of April, but this was not recorded in the service book.
I did enquire about this, but they do not do this, but do send a welcome letter stating date, mileage etc, but nothing else.
On all previous cars I have had serviced, the service book is filled in, and I get paperwork, which shows tyre tread depths in percentage form, brake pads (percentage) and you will be notified of any advisories. All things you can then budget ahead for.
For peace of mind, I put the car in for a major service, less than seven weeks after purchase and some 450 miles since their service.
I fully expected to have to pay for car tax, pay for the relevant car insurance, but certainly did not feel I would pay to have the car serviced less than two months after purchase.
From the service I had done, there were things I would have expected them to have found in their service, and I, at least be advised of.
This part I do think that Cinch can definitely improve upon.
When I do look to sell the car on I would want to show the service book is completed, and I have all relevant paperwork from any service completed.
The service cost £300+, then I had few things done and am aware of things I will need to get done, before the next service and MOT in April 2027.
So for me to pay £300+ to just find all this out, when I think Cinch could have provided this when they completed their service, then there is room for what I would say is considerable improvement.
So for this part it is 1 out of 5
So over both parts it can only be 3 out 5

Do not buy a car from this company especially from CINCH CORBY, purchased a car (WD19 RUJ) it broke down the next day, 2 faults that were *cam belt and brakes.
They took the car away on a recovery truck it took 10days to get to the repair of the cam belt they didn’t even look at the brakes but were happy for me drive it away until I reminded them of which of course it will now take another week leaving me 3 weeks without a car with 2 SEN children. No thank you, I gave them the car back before the 14days return ran out.
If you value your money and sanity avoid the place.
I will say though the customer service people you have to call to get anything done after the sale of your car are helpful to a point but it can be very frustrating when that is all you have is a number, very annoying music down the phone and they can’t really do anything but give you what is on their script.
Patience, patience and more patience is needed if your purchase goes wrong as things their end are slower than a snail with an engine.
You will have to repeat yourself many times to many people on the customer experience helpline and they don’t always call you back or even answer your emails.
Be warned.
I wasn’t not the only return this month.

Viewing the vehicle and the sales process were a pleasant and easy experience. We are very happy with our purchase. The after sales experience is rather more flaky. Have emailed and had an autoresponse, then talked to a bot which explains the entirely obvious but gave no specific answer. Still waiting to be contacted by a human.

The website has all the information that I needed to decide to buy my car. Well laid out and clear pictures.
When I picked up my car, the staff were very helpful, and I was allowed to check it thoroughly before I accepted it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making the whole experience very satisfying.

Payed a lot of money for a new family car. We were all really excited! My children loved it. However, after a week of driving it lots of electrical faults became apparent to the point where we am unable to drive it. We have been in contact with them since this happened (31st May) and whilst everyone we spoke to have been very kind. Our new car will not be repaired until the 21st June! We would then have had a broken car on our drive way for 22 days, the car has been broken longer than not. Initially we were offered a hire car. However, as per the T&Cs were only allowed it for 7 days. Therefore, we have paid lots of money to be without a car for 2 weeks! Not happy at all.

First of all, mixed feelings love the car the problem is you should think with your head not your heart, have a good look around bring a mechanic with you. Long story short kept the car but I think when they cleaned & prepped they put extra color magic lol so many stone chips and little scratches here and there have appeared 🤷🏼♂️ the problem is this vehicle is worth quite a bit and they are like gold dust so I'm keeping it will need brake pads and discs on the rear months time not happy what can you do. down the line have to do the paint correction myself just have a general good look around. overall five stars... How to six stars
