Collected car from Derby showroom, on arrival the sales team were very polite, but didn't want to get out of their seats to hand over the vehicle to me. Left with a set of car keys, after having to walk backwards and forwards to the part exchange vehicle getting details they required.

On getting to the new vehicle all was OK with body work except being dirty, and bird poop stains on some panels. Inside the car, it had been vacuumed but the rest of it was dirty and sticky! Going to have to get it properly valeted.

The drive home I can tell this car hadn't been inspected properly, front brakes grinding, clutch sitting at its highest point. Got local mechanic to look at it and he was shocked it had been released this way.

Phoned warranty they weren't interested in helping for weeks! It is now with local mechanic having new front brakes and a new clutch fitted at my expense.

I won't be using cinch again for a car, really not impressed at all.

Awful experience. Booked a test drive, then when attending I was refused a test drive because I wouldn’t commit to buying today. Reading the other reviews here, I’m not surprised they don’t want you to test drive!

Really impressed with my experience with Cinch from start to finish. The handover of the car was incredibly easy and smooth, and everything was explained clearly, which made the whole process stress-free.
A special mention to Ian Neal, who really went above and beyond. When we realised the car hadn’t been fully charged, he didn’t just leave me to figure it out myself, he actually took me to the nearest Pod Point charger and showed me exactly how to use it, especially as this is my first electric car. That extra help made a huge difference and was really appreciated.

Everything about the experience was good, so far

Very impressive

Very responsive when first looking at buying a car, however the after sales are shocking. I was promised my private plates would be made up and left in the car for collection, drove 3 hrs to collect the car and no plates were there. I emailed James the rep that i was dealing with and he promised he would send out in the post. Two weeks later I still do not have the plates and my emails are being ignored.

Customer service was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage and explanations provided if I was unsure. I had a few tech issues with the car but cinch immediately arranged a mobile mechanic, auto glass technician to rectify within the initial two weeks of purchasing my car. Also they paid for a replacement tyre as a previously fixed tyre was losing pressure.
So all issues rectified extremely quickly at no extra cost to me- so yes I would definitely recommend cinch and as I say the customer service from office staff and technicians were second to none. Thank you
