This company has no understanding of customer service. I ordered a product off them on 03/07/26 and it was shipped same day. I was informed that it was 3 working days delivery On the 9th/07/26 I tried tracking my delivery - the tracking information made no sense so 1 first made an email enquiry to be told it could take 7-10 days to respond - RIDICULOUS! I then phoned that day and after a long wait 20-30 minutes I spoke to a young lady who did not seem to know anything about the tracking system or what it was telling her. On the 10th July about midday I spoke to a young man who may have been called Tariro. Explained that I was not happy and could he tell me where my delivery was. He said he would get back onto the courier and let me know. At 16.30 or thereabout I rang back and found someone who understands customer service -Teghan. She is a star. She explained that the person I had spoken to had gone home. She listened apologised and actually sorted a replacement shipment immediately. She followed up on Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th to ensure I received my delivery. She should be in charge of Customer Service and should train the rest of the staff and the mismanagement team. How can you have a business where it is impossible to speak to a manager.

Our order arrived on time, well packaged & without any damage. The bird bath is value for money, easy to assemble and is easy to keep clean due to the resin finish. I filled the column with pea gravel to make it more stable. As it stands on a concrete base the holding down pegs were not needed. Many birds have used it to drink from but we have only seen the odd one up to now have a bath in it. Given time I am sure that more will become familiar with it and use it.

I was very impressed, ordered my faux banana plant on sat night and it was here Monday morning. Looks very very real! Absolute bargain thank you very much

Ordered raspberry coloured parasol which arrived within a few days. It is a quality product, very pleased with it. An excellent website to navigate at a good price.

Order hadn’t been delivered after 2 weeks. Was advised on the day I ordered it that Evri had it but it didn’t arrive (not their fault) but, when I contacted them they asked if I wanted a refund or a new one, I asked for a new one if
I could have it within the next four days (had ordered it for an event). I’m still waiting for a response 5 days later and had no response to my chaser.

Again, I know the original package getting lost isn’t their fault and happens but my opinion is based on the lack of response and help to rectify the issue.

The bird bath I bought is brilliant, for less than £20, including delivery, it is worth every penny.
It looks smart in the garden and the birds love it, it has really helped them in this heatwave.
I chose this one because you can fill the base with gravel or sand to keep it sturdy, when the bigger birds land on it.

Bought a 3m banana cantilever parasol from Christow last year and initially all good, but quality is not up to standard. On a windy day, the poles tore through the canvas points (no rounded edges inside, so easy to tear) easily. Completely not up to standard for British weather conditions.

I’m confused by all the positive reviews, it’s been four weeks of nightmare. Ordered a parasol and weights, weights arrived but parasol stayed at delivery depot, I couldn’t get a response from Christow - it seems to take seven days to get a reply from each email. After three weeks Evri finally came back and said it was now out for delivery. I actually waited in for three days this week because I kept thinking it would arrive as it was ‘out for delivery arriving today’ evri finally replied to say they had attempted delivery, they didn’t, I have a camera doorbell so I would know. And it was now being returned to sender. It still says it’s out for delivery on the tracker.
Now four weeks on from ordering and Christow still has my money, I have weights and no parasol, it’s been hard to be in my garden without shade. The worst part has been the painfully slow replies, seven days at a time to my emails, and the phone just rings out when I call.

Parasol arrived without bottom pole!!
Sent an email, automated response said very busy won't respond to email for 7 to 10 days!!
Too long so decided to do a return.
Scheduled collection and Evri never turned up!!
Recieved an email advising me to reschedule the collection. I did that, again Evri didn't collect!!
Awaiting response to my latest email.
Christow have my money and I'm stuck with a Parasol I can't use and no way of getting it returned!!
Please help!!
