The items I bought, which were a bathroom cabinet and toilet roll holder/cabinet, were lovely. They were both self assembly but not too difficult to put together (my husband and I are both in our late 60's)

We were so delighted to receive our lovely raspberry shanghai parasol so promptly and all was well for the first couple of days then the hand crank failed popping out from the pole making it impossible to raise or lower the parasol.In addition the end of one of the spokes snapped.
We immediately contacted Christow via email as customer service number was not functional.
We received an aknowledgment and detailed the problems above but have received no response what so ever since. We asked for a replacement but again have heard nothing.

Only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Ordered a bird bath, over a week for delivery after being told it can’t be delivered day after day. Was told by staff a refund would be processed. Finally the item was delivered but missing 4 pieces so can’t put it together. Sent all the proof to the company who barely reply and the answer was basically ‘the order has been fulfilled’. All I want is a replacement or my money back! The company promised me a refund whether the item was delivered or not, they never fulfilled their promise! I will advise people not to order from this company.

Trying to process a return- no response over email and the telephone number provided on the website does not work.

Nice bird bath, prompt delivery, value for money.🤠

I placed an order over a week ago, the parcel never arrived, and it looks like it wasn't even shipped. I've contacted customer service, they initially replied offering a refund, however, I have not heard from them since and needless to say, the refund was never received. Scammers!

Ordering and delivery were very good, however, one of the items has parts missing. Customer services are not good at all. I have been trying to contact this company by telephone and email for over 3 weeks and cannot get to speak to anyone.

Product seems good but wasn't suitable. Requested a return 11 days ago now and still haven't heard anything.

This shed was fairly easy to construct but takes two people to do it.
I will not hold much more than small garden tools, slug pellets and plant feed.
It is made from a very light soft wood and I am not sure it will survive more than one winter.
You get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful.

Deeply disappointed. 6 July bought a garden parasol, £145, advertised delivery 1-2 working days. Christow sent a message saying it was despatched , but their courier sent another making it clear that it was not ( perhaps previously blamed for Christow’s tardiness?) Allowed a couple of days, then on 12 July enquired why not yet despatched.. 13 July received a message that I would receive a response within 7-10 working days! Tried to buy British for a family gathering — ho hum. Not clear yet whether I will have to use my credit card to obtain the refund.

Have received a request from Christow, for further information, which I have added. Please note that as I have now purchased, and received, another parasol from a supplier whose delivery promise was more than met (ordered 13th, delivered 14th!), all I now need from Christow is a speedy refund.
17th July
Following 1* review have received a refund. Have not received an apology. The company regards this as ‘resolved’. Buyer beware.

Delivery was prompt but sadly the product itself not amazing.
I have had to go an buy an extra spanner wrench to tighten the base the parasol as it constantly needs tightening and really should of come with this let alone the incovenience of having to do this on a £100 pound umbrella, this should not happen
if it does not fix with the spanner it will be going back.
