First time I have ordered from Christow and really happy I did. The whole experience has been lovely, easy to order and a lovely quality bathroom cabinet at a reasonable price. I will look forward to shopping with you again.

The shed is made of flimsy wood, no stops behind the doors so rain can easily get in. Really disappointed, would have returned it as not fit for purpose but my husband helpfully assembled it while I was out. Going to have to buy something else to keep my tools in.

We ordered a shed but unfortunately when about to put the roof on we found a hole in one side and upon further investigation shelving damaged and splits in the door, we immediately notified the company the same day as delivery with photos and requested that replacement parts be sent out but had no reply until 18 days later. They offered a monetary figure as compensation as they didn't stock spare parts? but this would not have resolved the issues we found so we phoned them to try and resolve. When we requested a new shed and they collect the damaged one they said we would have to package the damaged shed in the packaging it came in...... 3 weeks after we contacted them they thought we would still have the packaging! We then asked if it was possible for them to send a replacement and we would package the old one in this packaging but was told this was not possible. We requested that a manager phone us back but were told by the person we were talking to that he couldn't guarantee that we would get a return call, beyond belief. DO NOT use this company, we are contacting citizens advice.

Dreadful company to deal with. Automated phone system that I have rang repeatedly. 15 minutes minimum wait time. Been waiting on an order that came short, been promised a further delivery but nothing has arrived. Sent email after email that generates an automatic response but nothing one actually calls back.

Prompt delivery and good products. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product at first so arranged a return and ordered the correct product which arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted. My issue is the customer service when something goes wrong. Emails state 7-14 days response time and very long wait times on the phone. I was in a queue for 40mins today waiting to speak about my return which has not been acknowledged. Returned 8 July and still no acknowledgement on 21st. Customer service say it is with Evri still, Evri have referred me to the company so I am in limbo and still waiting for a refund for the returned item which appears to be lost in transit

Ordering and delivery were excellent. Unfortunately one of the items was faulty in that the leaves on the hedging were inside out. I have made the company aware of the issue and await a response

Ordering process was easy. Parasol arrived quickly, very well packed and with excellent assembly instructions. The parasol is a quality build, robust and solid. It took two of us to assemble it but it is very worth the effort.
