Gorgeous colours and good quality. Check size first.
The parasols are lovely I ordered a pale green & teal 2.6, but I think we went a little too big . We struggle to keep them upright in a breeze. Probably a 2m would have done.

Two weeks and counting
Sent an item back, which was received in good time, yet I’ve not had a refund or a reply to any of my emails over the past fortnight. No customer service number and the chat seems to think it solves everything for you. Poor experience all round

Rubbish customer service
I’ve had a garden parasol for about 4-5 years, hardly used tbh, maybe put up and down 6 times a year. Heavy weather proof coverage in winter. This w/e put t up first time, fine but got quite windy so went to put down and started to do down but very quickly got stuck. Fiddled around trying to loosen bits but then the handle broke so that it was hanging off and seemed like a cord was broken too. I have been trying to contact Christow, i’ve not two different days i have hung on and on and on the phone with no msg saying you’re no. 3 in the queue or anything. I also emailed and did get a response to start with but they obviously didn’t read my email properly because she was saying they didn’t have me on their email records , why I don’t know, I was only asking what I should do about it, could I get it fixed. Confused by her reply I said i may have previously used my old email address (i’m not even sure where I bought it now, could have been a garden centre) but I then got no further response. I only wanted some advice, I wasn’t asking for a new parasol. What absolutely appalling customer service!! So now left with a broken parasol i don’t know what to do with! Great!

Garden parasol
Really pleased with my purchase of a garden umbrella - easy to order and came very quickly. The only slight negative is that unlike others I’ve had in the past it doesn’t have a strap to wrap around the fabric when it’s put down but this is just a small issue, otherwise great quality!

Continued Terrible Customer Service
Following my previous review citing terrible customer service, I was contacted by Christow with an offer of a resolution.
I replied requesting a replacement item and express delivery.
Still no acknowledgment or details of the item being shipped.
Certainly no ‘express’ resolution, still waiting for the items I ordered in June.

The parasol is a lovely colour but the mechanism to open and close it does not work. I have asked for a refund but am still awaiting a response other than 2 computer generated emails saying how busy the supplier is. I am really disappointed.

They have lack of customer services
They have lack of customer services. Never email you back when you actually need them. Do not answer calls when you need them. They work with Evri on delivery and they have done a mess. At the same time these Christow people didn’t even repspond. I will never buy from them again

Easy to order
Easy to order. Comprehesive description of product. Easy to assemble which I managed on my own. I did treat the wood after assembly. 4 stars because delivery man wanted to leave it on the doorstep or put it in the house. Bearing in mind this was a small shed I was expecting it to be left at the side of the house. With a little pleading he moved it to the side of the house. Knoŵing this was a heavy product he didn't use a trolly, hence his reluctance to leave where I asked.
