Lack of Customer Service
I ordered a ride on lawn mower. It came in the secure pallet. The first cut was awful, the shake, the noise, the chute was clogged - called customer service. They said they would get back to me. They never did. Called again, they would get back to me, never did. Called again, this time they would ask a local repair person to have a look. It was picked up. Never heard anything. I called them and it came back, nothing wrong. and to be fair it has been fine every since. But I had to do all the chasing of a purchase that was over £1,300! I really expected more help. So the item is good for the lower priced model but the customer service was not helpful at all!!

Im very sorry that we didnt get back to you as soon as we should have. I can see you purchased your tractor in early July. We are a very small team and had unprecedented amount of orders, calls, emails etc and didnt take on any more staff until later on in the season. Lawnmower mountfieds SP45 bought for my son who was very pleased with it took him 45mins to set it up the tricky part was getting the oil in so you will need a small jug or funnel the delivery was fast and the lad was very helpful

Great value for money, doesn't cut very low
Delivery very quick, customer support excellent and very responsive, price for functionality great
Easy to assemble, fired up on first pull. Always starts first time.
Large wheels work well over most terrain.
Only disappointed is that the lowest cutting height is 25mm which is quite alot longer than my previous mower, so if you like a nice short cut, this is not the mower for you

Great looking machine
Great looking machine - arrived ready built....confused at first with pulling this and pushing that but not a real problem. Cut quite low on highest setting. Down side... only used once due to a. The hot weather - no grass! b. Wet weather +++ too wet.

Cannot fault your product (petrol trimmer) does fantastic job and fab price with extra 10% off - excellent.
But you really should look into your delivery drivers. Our parcel was left on the path by our house in full view (driver did not even try to find suitable secure place) no card through letter box, did not even try leaving it with a neighbour. Luckily one of our neighbour made us aware after she had moved it out of sight.

However the Racing alternative they offered saved me a pretty penny, is perfectly acceptable and arrived the next day

I bought a Feider scarifyer several weeks ago and have just used it. Arrived quickly easy to assemble and worked on the second pull. I have a large lawn and on the highest setting it removed a large amount of thatch. I am very impressed with this machine and the service from Mowdirect who I have used in the past.

Bought a ride on but unfortunately didn't do what I need it to do so I sold it and and the warranty was transferred to new owner.
