I love these bottles but was…

I love these bottles but was disappointed with the engraving. It is expensive and something I always have but this one looks blurry. Such a shame

Replacement Delivery

My coffee cup was delivered to the wrong address by Evri and never recovered. It has taken almost two weeks of back and forth emails but have managed to get a replacement sent and is on it's way now with a different courier.

Excellent customer service and fantastic bottle

I ordered a small black bottle.

There was something wrong with the bottle, so I got in touch with customer service.

After sending in a video and a couple of pictures, they very quickly sent me a replacement bottle.

I will keep the faulty bottle - it is still usable and my husband can use it.

The bottle is stylish and sleek.

Just what I wanted.

After receiving my replacement, I am very happy and I can highly recommend Chilly's to other people!

Website Issues

I had issues with the website not working and the payment system taking me around in circles for ages. I did email them through their contact system but it took them a while to reply. After getting that resolved my experience was good. The items arrived quickly and were well packaged.

Worst company I’ve ever experienced!

Worst company I’ve ever experienced!

I’ve ordered a few things for a baby shower and had to return some items… the whole process is ridiculous!

It’s been a month and still get told the return is getting checked!
And once that’s done I have to wait another 14 days to get my money back!

This should be illegal and I would avoid the company!

Just to clarify, once returns reach us, refunds can take up to 14 days to process as each item goes through a checks stage. In this case, it took a little longer as one of the items was marked as engraved, and engraved products aren’t eligible for return under our policy.

That said, your refund has now been processed by our team.

Great bottles

I love the bottles and have most of the different styles including the cups as some work better for different situations and day to day life.
I have only dropped a star because I bought a carabiner clip for my sports bottle but I can't get it over the neck. I've even tried soaking it in warm water but no luck yet.

Just to let you know, our carabiners are designed to fit the 260ml and 500ml Original bottles. If you’re still having trouble getting it over the neck, it would be best for our support team to take a closer look and help you out.

Chilly 750ml lid

Recently had to order a new lid for my 750ml bottle as the old one was pretty dented.
Delivery was quick although a little expensive in comparison to the actual lid itself however it fits perfectly.
