Great quality products that do exactly as advertised. The cup keeps my green tea perfectly hot for midway through my shift and the bottle keeps my water refreshingly cold!

Lost order but brilliant customer support
My original order was lost by the courier which was a shame but once I had alerted Chilly's to the issue, the customer service and response was brilliant. The replacement was dispatched really quickly and I was kept updated about the delivery
