We're sorry that your order took longer to arrive than expected. Due to restrictions affecting deliveries to the destination country at the time, the order was placed using a reserve service which secured the stock until shipping became available again.
As soon as shipping resumed, we contacted the customer and dispatched the order immediately. The parcel was shipped on 9th June and delivered on 11th June.
We understand the frustration caused by any delay and apologise that we were unable to dispatch sooner due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate the feedback and are always here to help should any assistance be needed.

Upon further investigation, we can see that your order was dispatched in our signature white gift box, which was then packaged inside one of our outer mailing bags for protection during transit. We often receive positive feedback regarding our packaging, so we're disappointed to hear that it did not provide the experience you were expecting.
We also cannot see any previous communication regarding damage to the parcel, and the proof of delivery does not indicate any issues. However, if your parcel did arrive damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies.
