Upon further investigation, we can see that your order was dispatched in our signature white gift box, which was then packaged inside one of our outer mailing bags for protection during transit. We often receive positive feedback regarding our packaging, so we're disappointed to hear that it did not provide the experience you were expecting.
We also cannot see any previous communication regarding damage to the parcel, and the proof of delivery does not indicate any issues. However, if your parcel did arrive damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies.

There was a delay in my delivery due to unknown reasons, and when I received my delivery the box was all torn luckily no item was missing however I was really scared of missing items.

Ordered some 2 Nike sets for my nephews, quality was good and price was fantastic. The size didn’t fit on one , so i returned this back and it got lost in transit. I contacted Childsplay the customer service was fast, efficient and fantastic. After taking some details and verifying a refund was issued. There’s so many companies who make the process long but childsplay handled it unbelievably well. Overall a great experience

Got a real bargain on childsplay, a cp company shorts suit in a real nice grey for our grandson. As always with childsplay really fast delivery well packaged in the CP box absolutely outstanding it's our go to for something a bit nicer for the grandkids highly recommended to anyone.
