We’ve looked into your order and can see that it was placed on our 3–5 working day delivery service and was delivered on the 5th working day. We’re sorry it arrived on the final day of the quoted timeframe, although we’re pleased that it did arrive within the service selected.
We can also see that your return reached us at 10:34am on 11th August and the refund was processed within 24 hours. Our quoted timeframe for refunds is 3–5 working days, so we’re sorry if there was any confusion around this.
