We completely understand that waiting for an order and then a refund can be frustrating. We’ve looked into your order and can see that it was placed on our 3–5 working day delivery service and was delivered on the 5th working day. We’re sorry it arrived on the final day of the quoted timeframe, although we’re pleased that it did arrive within the service selected.

We can also see that your return reached us at 10:34am on 11th August and the refund was processed within 24 hours. Our quoted timeframe for refunds is 3–5 working days, so we’re sorry if there was any confusion around this.

We’re also sorry that you felt our delivery and return charges were too high. We do appreciate that these costs can be disappointing, and we’re always reviewing our services and pricing to ensure we’re offering the best possible experience for our customers.

We haven’t been able to locate any previous emails from you, although we have recently experienced a slight technical issue with our email portal, so this may explain why your messages haven’t reached us. This has now been resolved, and we’re also taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We’ve reached out to you directly so we can get everything sorted. It looks like your return hasn’t yet been created through our returns portal, so we just need confirmation of the items you’d like to return and we’ll arrange the return label for you straight away.
