A couple of weeks ago, I was getting a bit confused about my accounts and how much money was in them. I tried to log in online but did not have all the information required. Was also feeling stressed because there was a heart operation coming up. I phoned Chetwood Bank and a lovely, professional, competent, calm, reassuring lady called Grace helped me and the problem was totally lifted off my shoulders. I was SO IMPRESSED! Thank you Chetwood Bank. Have since spoken to 2 other employees and they have also been amazing.

My wife has an account with Chetwood. On 7 May she sent a secure message about adding funds to her account within a rapidly closing investment window. via their portal which so many bank seem to prefer.
They still have not replied to it

The rates are good, but they rely on AI chatbots and few staff.....I bet there will be a "we are sorry you were dissatisfied with our service reply to this from their chatbot but they are not learnng anything from the customers they disappoint

Agent quickly solved my problem, giving me loads of help. Trying to navigate the site caused me an issue but it was user error...

I mistakenly put £20k into a 5 year fixed rate account thinking it was an isa. Tried within 14 days to get my money back but they said they couldn’t, or rather wouldn’t, do it. An expensive mistake.

I have used Chetwood bank for just under a year now for a savings account and they are fantatstic. I had to contact them last week and got through to a lovely lady called Charlotte.
