I write this being a long time customer…
I write this being a long time customer who remembers before they where brought out by dark star. I don't think the selection is as good as it once was and the prices have definitely gone up. If ordering on mobile it is a pain as everytime you add something to basket it takes you back to page one of your search which is rather annoying if like me you like to scroll through and get ideas as you go. Also back in the day you would get the little droppers on bottles as standard, then dark star started doing them separate which while a bit annoying was workable. Now you don't even get the dropper nozzles included. Think it's time for me to start looking elsewhere.

Regarding prices, we have held off on increasing prices as long as possible but due to rising costs, they have gone up a little earlier in the year.
Our 30mls still come with dropper caps as standard, and our 250ml Bottle Shots always get caps as well! If they're ever forgotten from an order, just drop us an email and we'll resolve it asap. We have made them available on the website so that customers can purchase extra if they'd like.

Order not received, Customer Services not responding
I have not yet received my parcel after one week with no estimated delivery date. I received an email 6 days ago from DPD with the tracking no.
When I use the DPD tracking page it tells me the parcel is stuck in the depot due to an “unexpected issue in my area”. However, I have seen the DPD van driving around my area and also checked the website for any service disruptions and it says that there are “currently no delays to service throughout our network”. There has been no update now for several days. I sent an email to Chefs Flavours customer service which as yet has been ignored. Not even an acknowledgment.
UPDATE 24/7/24 - Customer services did indeed respond on Monday as per the reply below. Megan was very helpful and apologetic and re-sent the order which I received 2 days later. Hopefully they will address this issue with DPD so that it isn't repeated and we can go back to the impeccable service I had become used to from Chef's Flavours.

Great shopping experience
I bought TFA Grape juice at very good price. I had to pay import tax to Slovenia but even with this price was good. I love TFA Grape juice aroma and I didn't find it anywhere in EU with shipping to Slovenia
