Great service as always

The package was left out on the street! By the time we went to pick it up it was gone.
After numerous calls and emails the response from customer service was to ask me to wait for at least 6 working days (over Easter) for DPD (whom they chose to deliver) to conduct an enquiry/ investigation. I sent an email a week later to ask what was going on, as no one bothered to contact me. Again they had no idea and would have to chase DPD. After a few days (day 13 after initial failed delivery) I was informed that the package was traced and left at the safe place, a day after the original delivery. However, no one bothered to inform me at the time. Thank god a neighbour, who was aware of the initial failed delivery, kept it safe for us while away for Easter. Product (and packaging) was great but the “there is nothing we can do”approach and “it’s not us its the courier” mentality have completely put me off. I did not buy from the courier company - I bought from Edulge and their attitude was really disappointing.

Such a brilliant company! Fast delivery and you receive a lovely hand written note along with a chocolate in a little gift bag. The perfume is amazing and was also wrapped beautifully! 10/10 all round.

I recently purchased Al Ambra Dubai Musk and Lorenzo Pazzaglia Evil Angel from Edulge. The website is great in how it describes different fragrances and sets them out in different note families. They can also make recommendations based on the type of things you like. There are a lot of niche brands that are very hard to find and offer sample packages which are note based and not just brand based which is fantastic.

In this case I had sampled the two things I bought (I don’t blind buy niche) so knew what I was getting. The order shipped quickly, especially considering the Easter Bank Holiday and some lovely little touches went a long way. For example a handwritten note of thanks and the little package with a chocolate and some free fragrance samples made it more like receiving a package from a friend than an order from a website.

I can see myself spending a lot of time on the site discovering new fragrances and will definitely be ordering from Edulge again. Highly recommended!

Ordered Vietnamese Coffee from d'Annam, was a little cheeky and asked for specific scents for my free sample as I'm a regular customer and I already had my eyes on a few I was interested in and I don't like to blind buy. My fragrance came well packaged as always, lovely presentation and some of the samples I requested and I now intend on buying another full bottle as soon as possible now that I've smelled them. Always impressed by the personal touches from the little hand written notes to the tissue paper, free samples and of course the little chocolate that my kids love. The ONLY downside is I have quite alot of loyalty points and I look forward to the day where we can utilise these better, converting them to a larger discount because I'm not a fan of only cashing in £5 worth at a time, and I'd buy alot more if that was introduced. Overall though a great company and my fragrance was lovely. Thanks to the team.

Purchased a full bottle of Skin Musk and Dubai Musk along with some sample fragrances I wanted to test. The range of luxury niche fragrances is really interesting and obviously very carefully curated. The pick and mix discovery sample set is a great idea. Delivery was super quick and the goods were well packaged. I really like this company! Highly recommended.
