Arrangement for my personal funeral.
I went to the Coop funeral office in Ripley Derbyshire and met a very kind lady who arranged a appointment for me.I had the appointment on the 30th of April with the same lady who told me everything and we did all the paperwork for the type of funeral I wanted no problems at all.

We were given a booklet of information…
We were given a booklet of information on our initial visit to enquire about the funerals that we wanted and the follow up appointment was really good, the lady we spoken to was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and answered all of our queries without being pushy. The price was very competitive and we had done our homework on the various companies offering the same service as the Co-Op and as they are a tried and trusted institution it made sense to deal with them

Peace of mind
There was no rush ,everything was explained in such a calming way, planning my funeral wasn't something I had expected to do but relieved that I had and CO-OP made a difficult day into a peace of mind .The staff are so welcoming and put you at ease as soon as you walked in.

It took 3 to 4 phone calls to sort it…
It took 3 to 4 phone calls to sort it out all l had to do was tell someone what I wanted and pay at one point I all most gave up I must point out that the Maypole office are excellent it was the sales team at Cannock that were awful
