I recently purchased Asus ProArt PA279CV from ccktech and I can say they are real professionals.
Fast delivery, great price and offer and one of the best customer service I've experienced.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the screen (manufacturing defect) so I had to exchange it. Thanks to Cherie who was very professional, kind and helpful and managed to organise collection of the faulty item and delivery of the new one in a matter of days. Huge respect. I will definitely shop with them again

Prompt delivery and item packaged properly for transit in one piece! I had an identical item delivered by a major internet company that did not arrive in one piece because it was basically rattling around in an empty box and must have been dropped. I re-ordered from CCK and everything went just fine.

Item delivered on time and in good condition.
Item came with a European mains plug not a UK one: cctech apologised and offered to send a UK one to me. There was no manual with the item; cctech offered tech support to assist with set up plus a link to an online copy of the manual.
At the time of purchase cctech were offering the best price in the market by about £20 (on a £450 purchase).
