Great experience with Ovi’s Removals. Cosmin and George were excellent, packed everything up and moved me about 100 miles all in one day.

They were quick, careful, and made the whole thing feel easy. Even had a nice morning coffee with them while figuring out how to get the sofa out, which was a nice touch.

Everything arrived safe. Would definitely recommend.

I had a distressing experience with Ovi's Removals. While the initial quote was £1,100 (including packing), the company held my belongings "hostage" on moving day, refusing to unload my furniture until I paid an uncontracted £500 surcharge.
I had confirmed parking with them in advance, telling them it was "in front of the building – it is a block of flats." No further questions were asked about access or restrictions. On the day, the crew leader (Mike, on the phone) would not allow the crew to unload. He told me that if I did not pay the extra £500 within 20 minutes, they would close the van doors, take all my belongings away and put them into storage, costing "almost double or more."
I repeatedly asked to pay the full balance immediately by credit card. They refused, claiming their system was "under maintenance," and insisted on bank transfer only. They even demanded I send an email saying "I accept" the charges before they would finish unloading. I was forced to pay the £500 under protest just to get my property back.
The crew leader kept saying he had recorded the calls (I also recorded them from my end). This was an aggressive and predatory business practice. Please be extremely careful before booking.

We used packing service. The crew was very professional. Moved quickly, communicated well, needed minimal input from us (mostly where things go at the new place), nothing got damaged or lost, safely transported 2 large wall-mounted TVs, treated my Lego gently. All the while being nice and making jokes to our toddler. Made the move into our new home a lot easier. Will be recommending to our friends!

Excellent experience with Ovi’s removals from the initial video consultation to provide a quote to the packing and moving. They were very polite and hard working. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend! I was moving from London to Manchester. As soon as they came in, one of them said “Sit down and relax, we’ll do the rest”. It really put me at ease as I was stressing out. It took them 1 hour to load a two bedroom house - super quick. It took them 2 hours to unload into a flat (longer walking distance from van to flat, plus putting furniture together). The movers were friendly and moved my stuff with care. I am really grateful!

After contacting several removal companies in London, I almost gave up, the prices were high, and the communication felt cold. Then I found this company, and everything changed. Mike was honest from the very first call, gave me a fair estimate, and explained every detail. On moving day, Dany and Christian were polite, quick, and so careful with my belongings. They treated my things like their own. The whole process from London to Belfast went smoothly.

Ovi’s Removals moved us in September 2025 from a large house we had lived in for 55 years and were superb! Ian and Adrian organised the careful packing and relocating items into the correct rooms. We filled three large vans and they worked hard for two days while being courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Ovi’s removals did a fantastic job from the zoom survey of our property to putting the final box in our new home. The advice was honest and the company delivered on everything we discussed. The team arrived promptly on the day and did a wonderful job. Our move was over 150 miles and they did it in fantastic time and the communication was spot on.
They made what could have been a very stressful experience, straight forward.
