I’d like to give another chance


I had an issue regarding shipment, i couldnt get feedback from them as it seems there was a jugar (which is already solved).

After they know about my experience, they’ve offered to reship or refund within hours (on a Saturday!), and Quickly solved my problem.

I took refund because they dont do shipping with tracking, at least to Spain. So i cant evaluate their products.

This is the kind of places you want to buy, where they provide solutions to any issue you have and you know that can rely on them. Specially in this market.
