Lovely Silver Cubic Ring
I order the Silver Cubic Ring, having previously bought some other rings from this brand. It's a lovely ring, very unusual which was what I'd been looking for. I ordered the wrong size, so I took it to the shop to exchange it. Lovely staff sorted it for me. Oh and I couldn't help myself.... I bought another ring while I was there! I'm sure I'll buy others in the future. Good price, good quality and nice to find something different!

Green mint ring
I went to the shop in Bookham, the ladies could not be more helpful, they were not pushy at all. My son and I were buying g a ring for my mum/ grannies, they even let us try on several rings before we chose.
The ladies told us what we had to do as in emailing and ordering , we adored and got the ring within 2 working days. Will definitely but from there again.

A company that goes above and beyond
It is the first time I have purchased anything from this company. The quality of the jewellery is beautiful and looks far more expensive than it is!. I had a query with my purchase and Lizzie bent over backwards to rectify the situation and gave exemplary customer service. A big thank you to her. It is a pity more companies don't take a leaf out of their books and treat customers with decency and respect.

Ordered a beautiful pair of earrings…
Ordered a beautiful pair of earrings for my niece's birthday. They were posted out to me promptly the next day. Unfortunately Royal Mail who were their designated courier had not delivery the item until over a week later.
Lizzie from Cavendish French was very helfpful and sought to rectify this by sending a further pair.
Guess what? I received both pairs the same day, and they are beautiful.

Excellent product. Exactly as described and reasonably priced. Looks more expensive. Prompt delivery. Bought for my sister whose birthday is in February. Red Jasper is an alternative birthstone to Amethyst.
