being under a costumer proposal its very hard to find a lender that will actually lend you money and help rebuild your credit. i mean interest are not that high for someone in that situation and the amount they loaned was decent

CASH MONEY is simply the BEST! I have been their customer for several years now. They have excellent customer service all the time and very flexible system that allows you change payment due dates, in case you need more time to pay due to unavoidable circumstances and once you paid off your balance, they allow you to re-borrow/re-loan quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Communication hampered by strong accents; can't understand what the employees are saying. No face to face communication. Stores closed or are closing. They are totally dependent on systems and computers. All adding up to difficulty in communication and understanding.

The customer service department is absolutely fantastic, and they are super patient with me even though I am not very technical with cellphones etc.

It’s because Online application isn’t bad at all. When I keep applying for a loan it’s a hassle for me because plaid doesn’t recognize my bank I have to send a message or call customer service to preapproved my loan which inconvenient for me. I tried to go to the store earlier however they change location, I can’t even the location that’s also very inconvenient for me…

very hard to access cash money side online, i just see lend direct. I want to get another pay day loan, but have to log out and log back in. Not very user friendly. Every month the same, hard to access the Cash Money side.

I completed the process online with no issues and was approved for my loan. I chose to be paid by interac. It's now been over 5 hours and have not received anything. I did call after 2 hours and the person I spoke to was very attentive and helpful. She confirmed everything was approved. It is a Sunday so hopefully that is the mitigating factor as to the slow payment.

I applied for there offer which was pre-approved. I fill out all information and approval was ok. Then nothing happened? Why would you send something and then I get no communication. Stop sending false information.
