My complaint isn't about cashmoneys…
My complaint isn't about cashmoneys services, its actually directed towards plaid.
Ive spent over an hour trying to connect my KOHO bank account to their website in order to receive my payment. After ive selected my bank institution, plaid presents me with "need to update bank account to continue" page. There's nothing wrong with my bank account that requires an update. It's as updated as can be. Ive gone so far as to add specifically through the bank options on my cashmoney account info and still there's no follow through. I cant receive any loan if it does not allow me to continue on. Very, very frustrating

I took off a star because I find it difficult because plaid doesn’t work for me because my bank is not on list and I have to find other ways to submit my information. Customer service whenever I call is excellent however.
