Delivered quickly and had a great time playing with just the 2 of us

What a great escape for all wannabe detectives. The evidence is beautifully presented and it makes you feel like you're working on a real case. Every clue is there, if you pay attention, and solving the real-life mysteries is satisfying. Would definitely recommend.

Took money out my account but didn't send order, after chasing them, they finally got in touch to say they would send it.
No confirmation on tracking.
When it finally arrived a week later was missing valentine's card and code for ultimate package ( by the way the drinks and food thing is shit thought it would give you actual recipe ideas) . When questioned this they said it was after valentine's so that wasn't sending it anymore. I paid for the package which was placed before valentine's so that's what I expect. Will definitely not order anything from here again

The case itself was very clever and the clues well thought out but the tech element just wasn't up to the task. Very slow loading and gateway errors throughout the evening. Sort the tech and it would be 5 stars all day long

Enjoyed a lovely evening playing this for valentine’s. As you can imagine hundreds of others were playing the same case at the exact same time so the website was a little slow however we persevered and was still an enjoyable night. Lots of twists to keep you guessing but clues available if you get stumped which are of various levels so you still experience the game. Will definitely be buying another in the future, customer support is very helpful!

Online content was so painfully slow to access and then load. Took the best part of 4 hours to complete which wrung all the enjoyment out of the experience. Purchased for Valentine's - if you're marketing a product for a special date, you should ensure there's online capacity for everyone who will be wanting to use it on that date. Very disappointing.

Arrived on time but couldn’t access the clues on line as the server was swamped with requests. Still haven’t completed it yet as lost the momentum. Such a shame.

I got the Kiss of Death game for my anniversary with my partner. It was incredible. We're beginners at solving mysteries but decided to give the medium difficulty ago. It was amazing. Took us a good few hours (we got the deluxe one with more interactive pieces and alternative endings). You'll definitely need a notebook if you're one for keeping additional stuff written down instead of going back through the paperwork. Truly a blast to play and can't wait to get more.

Ordered a Valentine’s Day case but was unable to complete as all the internet servers were down due to overload. Yes we’ve had an apology from the company but made the case we tried useless.
I’m addition, all we were given was pieces of paper and told to go online (which we couldn’t)- very disappointing experience and wouldn’t bother buying again

Given as a gift so not played it yet but arrived quickly, well packaged and looks really good!
