Had a great experience with Car Seat Ninja. We bought two Avionaut Stardust seats and a Pixel Pro 3 and the whole process was really easy. They were super helpful and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and helped us pick the right seats without any pressure.

Brilliant service. Bought our BeSafe Stretch and our Axkid Mini Kid 4 from Car Seat Ninja. Had some installation questions after we took the seats out and then reinstalled. Natalie was really kind and came back to us swiftly - even out of hours which we really appreciated as we don’t have any other seats to rely on and were worried about getting it wrong. Will definitely keep coming back as the kids grow :)

Amazing service. I sent a message asking for suggestions for 2 new seats, the person I spoke to was so unbelievably helpful and I was able to order the same day. Delivery was so quick and then I was able to send photos to check the fit for the seats as well, again they were so helpful and kind! Thank you

The chat function on the website was brilliant, they were able to confirm if they had my choice of seat and case in stock and confirmed when it would be dispatched and delivered which was at my house in less than 48 hours after my first enquiry! Amazing service out of hours and even gave me a discount code as I wanted 2 car seats! Super happy and would not hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend!

Fantastic service, very easy to book and responded quick to query, helped us choose 2 extended rear facing car seats, helping us see the fit and the features they offer, very patient with no rush or pressure to decide, helped install in to cars and made sure the fit was correct, wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car seat

Blown away with the customer service. I needed to buy two new car seats for my 3 year old twins. I enquired via the webchat about an isofix base not really expecting a response as this was during the christmas holidays. Not only did i receive a swift response the seller enquired about the height weight of my children was able to recommend a better car seat for the same price that would last my children longer than the one i was originally looking at. The seats were delivered within 3 days with dpd. This was to northern ireland where some English businesses do not deliver to. The seats are beautiful, i installed them myself. They are so comfortable looking and the kids love them. The seats are excellent but the customer service is what sets this business apart from other sellers. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this enough! We had been given the details for this via SCBU after having a premature baby and thank god they did.

Took all the stress and floods of information out of the decision. Couple of questions via WhatsApp and we had a car seat recommendation in minutes (on NYE as well!)
