One of the worst service provider they dont have proper system to enable the customer digital and no proper support team to resolve the queries.

My experience with CARS24 has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to after-sales service and warranty support.

CARS24 claims that its vehicles go through multiple checks before delivery, yet we faced issues shortly after purchasing the car. What was even more frustrating was the lack of coordination between the warranty team and other teams handling the concern.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking ownership and resolving it, I was asked to provide proof of conversations I had with other CARS24 teams. As a customer, why should I have to prove what your own teams have communicated to each other? Internal coordination should be CARS24's responsibility, not the customer's.

The warranty experience was equally frustrating. A mechanic was assigned to the case, then disappeared, only to return almost a month later with his own explanations and excuses. Meanwhile, the customer is left chasing people and trying to get a recently purchased vehicle repaired.

The biggest disappointment is that after paying a significant amount for a car, you end up spending your time, energy and money dealing with repairs and chasing multiple teams almost immediately after delivery.

This has been a mentally exhausting and extremely frustrating experience. Buying a car should provide peace of mind, not leave you constantly following up with different departments to get basic support.

This people are absolutely hopeless in terms of service, This people are completely bluffmasters.

I have purchased a Hyundai Grand i10, 2019 on 26th August 2026.
It is under warranty of 1 month Car is having issue with steering, clutch, back camera is not having clear vision, AC is not cooling properly, car milage is 9.5 km per litre.
I am coordinating with the cars24 Faridabad office and the online repair request team but there is no any response.

It is a total trap. Cars24 is having a worst response.

Worst company got lured by tactics from sales agent. Bought a car as shown in listing and highlighted it's features. However, it was a scam had to get it repaired at local mechanic. Earlier sales agent promised if anything happens to car it will be repaired free of cost but looks like that's just a way of scamming people.

Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience with CARS24

We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Creta 1.6 Petrol Automatic with Sunroof from CARS24. We made the entire payment online and did not take any loan.

Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and far from what we expected from a company like CARS24.

At the time of delivery:

• We were charged approximately ₹27,000 as a mandatory service charge, but the car had apparently not even been properly serviced before delivery.

• We later found that the radiator had already been replaced.

• The car was supposed to have two keys, but one of the keys was not working properly.

• The left rear exterior light was broken at the time of delivery.

• Shockingly, the car was not even at the showroom when we went to take delivery. It had been taken somewhere outside, and when we asked the staff where the car was, nobody was able to give us a proper answer.

• When the car finally arrived, the engine was extremely hot, despite the fact that it had apparently travelled only around 1–2 km.

• Even more concerning, when we checked the battery area, we found mouse droppings inside the battery compartment. This clearly raised serious questions about the condition and maintenance of the vehicle.

After facing all these issues, we decided that we simply could not trust this car or the process and requested a refund.

And now, despite all these problems being present before/at the time of delivery, we are being told that ₹5,000 will be deducted from our refund.

This is an extremely frustrating experience. We paid the entire amount upfront, trusted CARS24 to provide a properly inspected and serviced vehicle, and instead received a car with multiple issues.

My personal experience has completely destroyed my confidence in CARS24. I would strongly advise prospective buyers to thoroughly inspect every single thing and get an independent inspection done before making payment.

For us, this has been an extremely unpleasant and disappointing car-buying experience. I sincerely hope CARS24 takes responsibility and resolves our refund issue fairly.

This is the worst company... they buy cars at low rates and sell them at high prices. Furthermore, they withhold payments due to both parties. When you contact them, you only get automated responses; you never receive a call from any actual company official or representative. I have now decided to file an RTI inquiry. It is the worst company in the car market. My advice is to buy or sell your car through other apps instead—a useless company.

My RC transfer is pending since 6 Months. When i checked the RC transfer status online with Govt site, it says : Transfer has still not been filed. So definately its a big FRAUD.

Very bad after-sales service from CARS24. My friend bought a car from CARS24 and within one week he found some issues. The sales team told us all issues were already fixed, but that was not true. Now the car has been at their partner garage for more than 2 weeks. No one is giving us a proper update. The assigned executive is also not answering calls, and even after many callback requests, nobody has contacted us. They advertise good customer support, but our experience has been completely different. Selling the car is easy, but after-sales support is very poor. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend CARS24 based on their after-sales service.

I was asked to pay ₹1,200 for the Pro plan, with the expectation that it would help me get a better price for my car. Honestly, I feel this offer and information should have been provided upfront rather than asking customers to pay for a Pro plan first.

After paying the ₹1,200 and completing the inspection, the quotation I received was nowhere near what I expected. I’m not upset simply because of the price offered after inspection — what disappointed me was feeling that I was encouraged to pay for the Pro plan based on the promise of getting a better deal.

I also contacted customer care to explain my concern, but the executive was not patient enough to properly listen to or understand the issue.

My suggestion to Cars24: Be transparent about what customers can realistically expect before charging them for a Pro plan. Customers should not feel that they are being made to pay ₹1,200 just to find out that the actual offer is much lower.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. I would recommend people carefully understand what they are paying for before opting for the Pro plan.

I had sold my car with cars24, 1.5 year ago
and they said 6 month is maximum time to get rc transfered but RC transfer is still pending.
I tried to reach to them using customer support they only open a request ID but no action on it

even they do not bother to reply other then request ID here as well.

I was promised the best offer for my car after paying ₹600 for the initial inspection and advertisement. Unfortunately, the offer I received was extremely disappointing, and they also deducted around 15% as professional fees and other charges.

This was a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly advise others not to trust or rely on this company.

I had purchased a car from Cars 24, Tathwade on dated 26th July 2026.Car delivered on dated 27 th july 2026.
Car No. Is MH14HQ3835.
Due to some financial condition I have returned the car on dated 02 August 2026. As per return policy we need to return a car within 30 days and km should be less than 999 km.
I have returned the car within 7 days. Also running km is within 550 km.
But still return status not showing in app. Their service isn’t good. Tried to connect customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answer.
I am suggesting you to please don’t purchase car from cars 24. If you want to purchase then go through showroom only.
I am very disappointed with their services. I am still waiting for the status updation to returned.
I don’t know how much deduction will done by the cars 24. No response receiving from cars 24 about the car returned.
I am really very disappointed. In future I am not intrested to purchase car from Cars 24.

CARS 24 totally fraud. I had paid Rs. 1500 + Taxes for auction on June, 26 for my car Honda city while I have not received any deal. As I have informed that the payment will be refunded within a month time but till date (10.08.2026) I have not received my money. While I have sold my car to other platform.

Now I am chasing for payment but not getting any response.

Please refund my money.

They are the biggest fraud, i purchased the car and it came with pending challans after 4 years they are still pending.
Even their loan service is pathetic it took them 2 months to clear my loan even though i paid full only couple bucks left they replied me so late and kept on charging me even i occurred charges of bounce after clearing my loan.
There cars are overpriced and not at all maintained, they do nothing whatever they claim.

My experience with CARS24 has been extremely disappointing.
After purchasing the vehicle, it became very difficult to get any support. Calls and complaints were not handled satisfactorily.
The advertised 30-day return policy did not work as I expected, and I was unable to get my money refunded.
During the warranty period, the required repairs were not carried out, and I ultimately had to pay for the repairs myself.
The RC transfer process has been excessively delayed. Even after more than 100 days, I am still waiting for my RC.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from CARS24. I hope the company improves its customer service, warranty support, and RC transfer process so that other customers do not face the same issues.

Cars24 appears to have shifted its focus from providing quality service to simply generating revenue. It seems the company is relying on its brand name to attract customers, while the actual customer experience is disappointing and frustrating.
I have received calls from multiple executives, each providing different information. At the same time, an executive has already been assigned to my case, but the only contact number provided is a landline where that executive is never reachable. Ironically, after waiting on the call for several minutes, the automated message simply asks me to “call later because all executives are busy.” Why should customers be expected to keep calling repeatedly when there are several competitors offering better service?
To make matters worse, the valuation offered for my car was unreasonably low. On top of that, I am being asked to pay ₹600–₹800 just to place a bid, followed by additional charges to list the car for sale. Instead of providing value to customers, it feels like every step of the process is designed to extract more money without delivering a satisfactory services.
Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Unless Cars24 improves its customer support, transparency, and pricing practices, I would find it difficult to recommend the platform to anyone.
