Reply from Carpet Avenue
Good day,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your purchase.
We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with our service and with the carpet itself.
We put a lot of time and effort to provide the correct information on each carpet on our website and we are very sorry for the misinformation regarding the height of the pile in this case. The height of the pile does not affect the durability/wear resistance of the carpet itself but of course it should be accurate information given on the website.
Thank you again for taking the time to inform us so that we can further improve our routines and service for the future.
Kind regards,
Carpet Avenue Customer Service

I've been meaning to get some carpets for a while, and stumbled across Carpet Avenue, and was a bit overwhelmed by the carpets they had. Once we chose some the purchase was easy and the response fast. And the carpets were everything I was hoping for, quickly delivered.
