It was an easy experience buying a carpet from your company. I had an issue with creating an account, and your customer service rep took care of it for me once I shared all the information with her. The payment and delivery were seamless. And finally, the carpet is more beautiful than pictured. It s bright and clean! Will recommend your company to friends.

Perfect handling of the order! But the photos on the Website made the carpet color appear lighter (on my PC) than it is in reality. Always difficult. I considered returning it, but finally kept it.
