I bought a car from LeasePlan/CarNext 2 years ago. With roughly 20.000 km driven in my hands, the engine and turbo died (it's an E-segment executive/mid-size luxury car!). Their 'warranty' consists essentially in forcing you to leave your car in one of the multi-brand workshops of their network, to be there rotting for more than 1 month and a half just to get a diagnosis. Every week I call/go to the workshop and they say they're waiting for the car expert from LeasePlan/CarNext to go there and evaluate. It's completely unacceptable that they don't even provide any kind of deadline to fix the car, nor a rental during the time it is in the workshop (the 'warranty' only 'offers' a replacement car for a week). If you're considering to lease/buy a car from LeasePlan/CarNext, and you think they're a solid and reliable company, think again.

Without having fixed ideas of what I wanted, I entered the exhibition space at the expo in Lisbon, and with the help, honesty, clarity and attention to my needs, Marco Seerden calmly conveyed to me all the information I needed, overcoming the time constraints that a festive season close to New Year's Eve demand, as well as the confidence needed to go ahead with the purchase. Everything was very well explained and all questions up to the time of purchase were answered in a timely manner. All went well, without complications.

I had a good customer service within the few hours i worked with the agent Gustavo while choosing the car, but once i made payment, any questions i had afterwards were completely ignored. This was extremely disappointing and because of this i can't recommend CarNext to others.

We are foreigners with a house in Portugal and bought our car via Carnext. Andreia was very helpful and we communicated in English. She took us through the whole process. The car itself is in very good condition and we are very happy with it!

My company and I bought a Renault Megane with a manual transmission, we received the car and the clutch was not working properly. We took it to a recommended repair shop in Braga and no one will take responsibility for this. Carnext has not authorized the repair yet and the repair shop wont fix the clutch until Carnext authorizes it. We are beyond disappointed

Being a newly arrived 'estrangiero´ in Portugal made my situation a bit more complex but Pedro in Porto worked really hard to make it happen for me. He was always keeping me informed, answering my calls and generally being a brilliant human being through the whole process. I am so happy with the car and Pedro for helping me get a vehicle i really like. I would fully recommend them

We (a german family living in Porto) were on the search for a nice used car in Porto. So we went to CarNext in Porto/Gaia and found a good car. Carnext is offering a wide range of very good cars.
The service from Pedro from CarNext was really outstanding. He came to us when he saw that we were looking around. Pedro was able to answer all of our questions. He also helped us in finding a proper insurance for the car and he managed everything around. As foreigners we felt very good and we had never any doubts in terms of the quality of the service we received. We would always consider again to buy a car from carnext!
