Pedro Ferreira was the key to our car.
My partner and I just got our first car in Portugal, and Pedro advised us not only finding a car that was among our budget but also picking one that was aligned with our expectations, aside of that he was very helpful explaining us the loan process and finalizing it with success, so car the car selected is behaving well and we are grateful with Pedro for helping us on this journey.

The representative that attend to me, Jose Tomáz was really helpful, kind and I have good customer experience with him. Despite the fact that for some personal reasons did not end up making the purchase they were kind enough to refund my deposit. This shows respect for customers decisions and would gladly recommend others to patronise them.

I had a great experience with Carplus Portugal when buying my 2019 Nissan Juke. The salesman could speak English fairly well which was great since my Portuguese was non-existent at the time.
I give them a 2-star rating because the Carplus guarantee isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I understood at the time of sale that I wouldn't have any issues for two years. However, a wheel bearing, and radio issue was not covered. When I looked/translated the warranty, it barely covers anything. I think the engine is covered but the gearbox is mentioned in the heading of an exclusion area, but not listed in the smaller print. So many other things are mentioned. I can understand oil change, plugs, wear parts, but there are so many parts excluded I can't list them here.
I wouldn't buy a car from them again. I also think my car was in an accident and repaired. Tell tale signs appeared months after buying.

Our experience was fantastic. It was very efficient and effective.

Portuguese laws make certain guarantees on used cars obligatory, but good customer service depends on the company (if you buy from one) and especially the salesman.

Carplus has its own guarantees, which were wholly respected: a few post-purchase things were fixed for us rapidly, no questions asked.

The ongoing war made one piece unavailable for a while, and that's where Bernardo went above and beyond, making sure we were always taken care of. (We still owe him a cake to celebrate!)

Overall it's best experience.Specially everything was explained in English and helped us each and every way from them .They answer your call and message straight away back to you even though they are very busy.They listen to your choice what you like and accordingly they provide their best service to you.Your money you pay them it's safe with proof documents they give you.If you cancel your reservation or Deal with specific reason money will be refunded by them which I had experience with them .No frauds, you will be dealing with best car company who give you best service and car with 18 months warranty etc.They are honest and loyal about their work.Specially they fulfill their words which they promise you in the beginning of the Car Deal.I recommended them to everyone who are looking forward for best Car company to buy their Cars.Carlos Arrenega is the best person in CARPLUS who helped us in each and every step.He is very friendly and helpful person I met in CARPLUS.Thankful for everything Carlos Arrenega .

Diogo Nogueiro was an amazing support and help finding me the right car. He was patient and had all the information explained carefully to me translating into English.
I felt comfortable, well looked after and I was welcomed by all members of the staff I saw. Miguel the manager was always on hand to answer or help with translation too.
