Do not use Carlton Leisure
DO not use Carlton Leisure! I was drawn in by the cheap price of flights they offered. It didn’t occur to me that they could make such a mess. My flight was cancelled 4 months before my trip, but Carlton leisure told me 4 days before, leading to a mad scramble to get different flights that incurred lengthy layovers, additional days off work, hotel and travel costs. You also can’t get through to anyone that sorts stuff out or speaks decent English

The online booking system is very easy to use and we got confirmation straight away. Our tickets were delivered the same day unlike with some other booking agents. The flight prices were very good. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and I won’t need to contact anyone at the company

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Unable to accommodate simple requests to add frequent flyer details which has resulted in significant additional costs for seat allocations. Ignored emails including failing to even acknowledge a formal complaint. Would never use again

I unfortunately had to change part of my flight. I used the virtual chat and was connected to Jimmy Anderson, who to be perfectly honest was an absolute superstar. He not only helped me change it , he stayed with me through the whole process explaining each step . I wish all customer service assistant could be as efficient and helpful as.
