The people are nice and helpful. My delivery was on time the tracking was easy. The weight of the necklace was great and beautiful. The problem was the dog on the necklace is tarnishing after wearing a couple of times. I ordered it because it looked like my dog i just had to put to sleep.

I ordered a owl ring supposed to be. Silver but no hallmark so probably not. Anyway I read that Carla jewelry was a scam so I emailed them giving both barrels! 4 days later the ring was delivered. I withdraw all the negative I said

Have received three different items, seashell anklet, daisy bracelet and blue Madala earrings. All beautifully made, the anklet and bracelet are so pretty. The earrings are quite stunning but do find them slightly heavy. Cannot fault the delivery from Carla's but Evri is another matter!!

Overall great experience. Selection, pricing, quality and customer service were excellent.

Had a reply from Carla jewellery about my hug pendants saying email me. So I emailed as I have done several times previously, and nothing, no reply. I ordered an owl ring which went missing 10th August and again with that order no response. AVOID AT ALL COST. Bogus company, rubbish products and no response to emails. So far this has coat me £56.20 and all I want is my money back. Please do not make the same mistake I have just save your money

I am happy with the quality for the price I paid. Sure - it's not high end jewellery, but you get what you pay for. I love my rings for their uniqueness & because they're adjustable, not because they look like expensive jewels. I found the quality of the 3 rings I bought to be very good. They look great on! I bought the rose seahorse ring, the fern leaf ring & the daisy ring. The only ring that did not have 925 ( stirling silver number) on the back, was the seahorse, but I love it anyway. Sure they come in a tiny plastic snaplock bag, but I'd rather the quality be in the product, not the packaging. It was delivered within 2 weeks, with excellent dispatch & tracking communication via email. I highly recommend them if you take heed of my comments. 😃

Very heartwarming design, and a great price.

It’s a good thing she’s going out of business. I ordered a pair of earrings. They were broken when they arrived. I ordered the same thing again. They also arrived broken. I requested a refund. Have not received it. Have contacted them multiple times. No replies, no refund. What a scam!

Items not as described . Por quality plastic child like .
Earing neckace dragonfly set stones different colours. Cheap earing fittings one earing clasp faulty. Emailed within half hour of delivery to request refund returns procedure no reply. Think I will be requesting charge back through bank as have a feeling won't get a response.

I purchased some very inexpensive earrings and then began to doubt the validity of the marketing. I have to say they arrived 2 weeks before the estimated date and looked like the advertising picture. Not sure where they were made, or whether the marketing strategy was true, but nonetheless good value.
