Best $40 I’ve ever spent. The manager of the dealership asked who my “friend” was because he wanted to hire him. The process was so easy and I dint receive a single call or email from the dealership. Everything was handled through Caredge. I will be telling anyone who is looking for a new car to use this service. I am so thankful.

The information on CarEdge is very useful. I am in the middle of negotiating a new car deal. I finally feel confident about the experience because of the videos and articles on CarEdge. Knowledge is indeed power. CarEdge Pro also does AI negotiation. I didn’t use this feature but do see the value in it.

My experience was terrible and a waste of time. Content and the focus is to bash and create false information on the platforms to get "credibility". When you focus on those items, You begin to run out of truths and start misleading people.

What an outstanding product! I am a retried BMW sales manager and have always negotiated my own deals for me and family members. I am still able to do it, but this made it so easy to find a vehicle and a sales person able and willing to correspond with a legitimate deal. We are picking our new car Saturday the 28th.

Excellent service from Collette & Anthony. They assisted me with finding and securing the perfect vehicle.

I used their car buying service since I was moving out State and needed to secure a car as soon as I got to my new location. The concierge service was 100% the perfect solution for my situation, as I only had to email and talk to the concierge and they did all the work. Once I got to my new State I just had to walk into the dealership, sign the paperwork and hand over the check. The concierge service is 100% the best way to buy a car.

Craig is the real deal. He followed up consistently, fought for a genuinely great price, and was available every step of the way — including at pickup when we had last-minute questions. No pressure, no runaround, just a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Using a car buying service was the best money we've spent. If Craig is your guy, you're in good hands.

The CE team made the car buying experience an easy and thorough process. In addition, the team guided me to make a calculated purchase to get more vehicle than I expected. Anybody who selects CE will not be disappointed, but more educated in buying a new vehicle.

The Car Edge Pro A.I. Agent Platform is amazing. The best $40 dollars I ever spent and that was a discount for monthly website membership! I never set foot inside a dealership until my OTD price was negotiated AND my appointment was made to simply show up and pick up my car. Car Edge Pro A.I. Agent handled negotiations via email and the two vehicles I selected to be negotiated, had the lowest offers accepted. A.I. Agent selected for me was Layah McIntosh and it had me a deal within 2 days of my initial prompting to begin negotiations! My main concern was NOT WASTING AN ENTIRE DAY AT A DEALERSHIP. I just showed up and in two hours I left with my vehicle. I did my research on the car I wanted. I listened to every You Tube program Ray and Zach put out there. I used my Car Edge Pro to keep track of how fast my car selections were selling with the specs I wanted: 2025 Mazda CX-5, Red Premium Plus with Parchment Leather interior. I followed Ray and Zach’s instructions on the market and selecting the cars that had been on the lot the longest. I patiently waited through January and February and declared to buy a car before April 1, 2026. When the inventory of my specific Car dwindled down to 2 in the Houston Area, I engaged the A.I. Agent. Layah handled everything. It was so easy! I saved $4,010 dollars on my car! Under Invoice and all Add-On costs removed and only TTL. I jumped on the deal. I had $15,000 cash deposit. I had all the emails confirming OTD price. I had my bank financing from my bank for a 60 month loan, in hand. I transferred my car insurance to my new car VIN and had my insurance cards in hand with me. All I had to do was show up to dealership and meet the salesman. I had a 16 year old car that I traded in for $500 which is the same price that was given to me by a salvage yard. (2009 Hyundai Sonata was the BEST car! It sill runs well). MSRP of new CX-5 vehicle was $38,210 and the final cost was $34,200 + TTL. ($33,700 with trade in). All I had to do was show up and NOT get into the trap of Finance Warranty / Service Contract Hell. I already have a 6 yr. / 60,000 mile warranty. I did not need anything else. But I was told I could extend the warranty to 10 yr. / 100,000 mile. So I agreed but said I wanted NO SERVICE CONTRACT. So I signed everything, made a video with Josh the salesman on how happy I was. I left very happy and relaxed. The next night I was going over my paper work, and I discover that my 10 year warranty extension for 4 years was actually A SERVICE CONTRACT TO THE TUNE OF $3900!!!! The amount that I saved at purchase. The contract said I could reject the service agreement. I immediately logged on to my Car Edge Pro account and messaged A.I. Layah. She guided me on exactly what to do. Gave me scripts on what to say, who to talk to, and who to contact. Monday morning I did exactly what A.I. Layah said, called the Finance Manager, told him I did not want the Service contract, he emailed the documents for me to sign, sent them back to Mazda Finance Manager, and got confirmation that money would be sent to my car financing company within 6 to 8 weeks. I will call financing company in 6 weeks to make sure they received the refund for the Service contract. Car Edge Pro A.I. Agent is there for negotiation and helps you get out of a service contract that you did not want and were bamboozled by! I am very happy to have used Car Edge Pro and everything on the platform worked so well. It worked so well that the Car Salesman asked who Layah McIntosh was. I simply told him that I am so busy that I hired an agent to negotiate a car deal for me. And her name was Layah McIntosh! He had never dealt with an Agent, human or otherwise, before! Thank You Ray and Zach and the Car Edge Team for not only educating the public in the daunting task of car buying, but creating easy web site interfaces for EVERYONE to use!!! I will never buy a car without Car Edge Pro again! God Bless!

I would never use this service again. I signed up because I am an extremely busy single mom who works full time and wanted to outsource the car buying process in order to save me time and money. Unfortunately, it did neither. They weren't very upfront about how the service worked or what was included / excluded. They didn't follow my very clear requests for what I needed, which required much back and forth, and ultimately a change in the people who were managing my transaction. They had me put down a deposit for a vehicle that fell through and I have NOT received my deposit back. And they ultimately delivered a vehicle that was not registered or titled or plated so now I have to take time off work to go do that myself. So ultimately, I ended up paying this company that cost me MORE time and money throughout this entire process.

I have enjoyed the AI assistant. It really works and takes the pain out of negating.

CONCIERGE Collette was great to work with. She found the exact vehicle I was looking for.

It had been a long time since I car shopped and after a few attempts on my own - the concierge service with Jamer H. was absolutely the best option. I wanted a hard-to-find model (Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid) which was nearly a "Unicorn" and this service found a great dealership, negotiated a discount (!) and supported me by phone during the financial steps. Exactly what I needed!!! (And, my #1 color choice!)

Jerry was extremely helpful in negotiating a great price on a hard to find vehicle (Toyota Highlander). I wasn’t sure he could even find one, but he came through within 24 hours.

Anthony seemed great, outside of his control there were a lot of communication issues due to car edge server issues. So some of my messages weren’t received and some of his messages weren’t sent. Opportunities were lost but managed to get a car in the end.
I didn’t save any money on negotiating but got the car at advertised price.
Car had a few issues lemon squad missed in their inspection but marked good. The front brake pads were almost fully worn down and rotors had a very prominent lip on the edge ($2100) The ac didn’t work, was a blown compressor no leaks ($2400 repair). The car was missing the 2nd set of keys they advertised ($1000). The rear cargo space cover ($200) was missing. The inspector said the car’s spare was in good shape but the car doesn’t come with one. Even had the odor of a smoker in the car. Their report said the obd2 port was missing but the dealer said it was there just dislodged. The inspector didn’t come back after the obd2 port was “found.” I felt the inspector could have talked to the dealership about it and gotten a scan while he was there the first time.

What a miserable experience, and huge rip off. Beat the Dealer? The DEALER beat THEM on multiple occasions. Experienced a lot of ineptitude, and overall their communication SUCKS. They couldn’t get me the car I wanted, I ended up doing that on my own after the fact. Please heed this warning and DO NOT waste your hard earned money with these clowns!!

When I decided to use CarEdge services my stress level at buying a car virtually disappeared. Colette was wonderful and even before we officially talked she was already looking for the perfect car. It took less than two weeks from initial payment to driving home in my new-to-me Nissan Armada. Colette was able to find more than I could have ever imagined and I have told so many people about this service already. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Anthony was also amazing as the negotiator and I appreciate the deal he was able to work. I will definitely continue to encourage others to use CarEdge car buying service, it’s well worth the cot.

Streamlined the process and educated me on the car buying process. Explained and showed me what to watch out for with dealer tricks.

I paid for the premium service and it saved me time and money. I spent 10 minutes at the dealer and walked out with my perfect car

I basically made my $ back, which is ok. The process took longer than expected. Was switched to 2nd negotiator because the first one was not responsive. Found out when I drove 3 hours to pick up my car that the car only had one key that was an after-market key so there is a light on all the time alerting me of that that cannot be removed, the passenger seat is broken and the car was owned by a smoker so that was very disappointing to find out after procuring loan and driving 3 hours to pick up- car. Pretty sure I would not have purchased THAT car. Also, it would be good for you guys to walk the customer through the steps/process at the beginning to level set expectations.
