This was a first time for me trying to sell a vehicle in this condition. I called several places. Wheels Away was the original contact. Then they handed it over to APEX. I was not only offered the best price for my vehicle, but the customer service was great!! We had some title issues (my fault) where I hadn't gotten a correct signature when we purchased the car originally. So when we tried to do this deal, It took about 3 attempts to get it all figured out, and the right signatures and verbiage on the forms. But Apex (specifically Michele S.) went, I feel, above and beyond to get this deal finished. She worked with and coordinated with me, with my original dealer, and with the company picking up the car. She was very pleasant, very professional, and very helpful. It wouldn't have happened without her. She new her job very well and had ways to work around the issues. She is a great attribute to their company. Give that girl a raise.

Great people fair offer and fast completion. Easy and convenient

This was seriously the easiest transaction I have ever been apart of. I submitted my vehicle info on their website and not 10 minutes later I received a call from Apex with someone who had made an offer on my truck and it was much higher than I expected for a silverado with a blown engine. The next morning they were there to pick up my the truck and the driver handed me a check for the agreed amount and I cashed it the same day. 100% would recommend!!!!

I had a car I loved as much as a pet. It was one of the last things I could directly tie to my late dad. When it decided to die horrifically, Apex Ave, especially Michele, was kind, friendly, and straight forward in getting the vehicle where it needed to go, and helped negotiate a fair price.

Having had no experience in selling a vehicle for salvage I was concerned about how easy the process would be and if it was financially viable to even look at.
