Excellent guidance
It is hard to put into words that describe how elated I was to receive such professional attention from Lisa today. In addition to a mobility condition I am also deaf and communicate by lipreading. Lisa did not behave as so many do and shout, treat me like an idiot or talk to my parents instead. She treated me as an individual deserving of receiving an equal service. She listened to my needs and was able to decipher the best configuration to fit within the space I had. It is not often I get such attentive service and I actually thoroughly enjoyed my time instead of being stressed out. Thank you Lisa!
