Paul always helps our company with superior customer service
I have a gentleman at the company, only know by first name. He is Paul, helped with our issues a number of times. He is there and I am so happy if on the rare occasion we have an issue with our card machine, he picks up the phone. He is thorough, super helpful, never leaves a stone unturned, always goes the extra mile. He is the most important reason, we are staying with the company. I can not speak highly enough of him. I hope my praise is identified and the review is passed to his superiors, Paul is doing an excellent work, representing Card Saver and if he picks up the phone, I know we will get all issues resolved when we speak. Huge thank you for this, looking forward to speaking to Paul if I call the company whenever we have an issue again

Easy Move
We changed provided and Card Saver did everything. It was an easy process, and the new machines were set up and running within 48 hours. Really helpful team and easy to contact.

The phone was answered fairly quickly and the staff were really helpful. When they were unable to solve the problem they arranged for someone to call back quickly and we managed to resolve the problem.

We’ve been with Card Saver for over 2 years now. They are always been friendly, responsive and efficient.
