Extremely straight-forward and headache free process
The whole process is surprisingly straightforward from quotation with to booking the collection and the collection process itself.
All staff on the phone, emails and in person collection are very friendly, courteous and provide excellent status updates via various channels of communication.
Payment directly into your account is very quick within the hour from the vehicle being collected.

Very quick to offer me a collection day which was great. On the day got a phonecall from the driver when he was about 45 mins away. He was super speedy and efficient getting my car onto the transporter. Nothing to fault at all!

Very impressive service from start to finish. I booked online and quickly received confirmation of the date and time. I was given a morning collection slot, and the driver kindly called 30 minutes before arrival. The driver was lovely, loaded the car onto the lorry efficiently, and clearly explained the steps for contacting the DVLA. Payment was transferred before the car was taken away, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.
