2nd day appts pushed back 3 times , not given the 1hoir notice I requested , 30 mins , only to be told car Cudnt be collected as been to location before and / or vehicle /trailer bottoms out

I have explained that the car is non runner and the battery was removed and when he comes to take the car he wasn't able to fix the battery in place so can the car have direction.
