Everything was great, from qetting the quote, booking it, and collection. The Driver who collected the car Nistor, was very nice and professional, explained the whole process and did exactly what he said.

Filled out the online form quick and simple got a quote the next day then Spoke to 2 guys Chris and Ryan who were more than helpful and very friendly and reassuring with any queries I had honestly can't thank them enough, day of delivery the guy came took a few pictures and money was transferred to my account almost immediately definitely recommended

Money hit my account immediately after the car was collected, pleasant collection experience, strangely the driver did not complete the V5 but simply photographed it and took it away with him unsigned by me or him (driver said this was normal practice - but it's not what their communications say should happen). I trust that this won't be a problem down the line.

The driver arrived a little late but was very apologetic. He was a friendly, likeable person who explained the procedure very clearly. The paperwork was done quickly and the money was in my bank before he cleared the end of my drive. Altogether a good experience.

Excellent from start to finish, they were the first I emailed and got instant quote. They stayed in contact all the way through the process until car was picked up and instant payment. Professional car removal driver picked up car, and also rang me and emailed me. Thanks for making it all so easy.

The whole experience was so easier. Once I accepted the offer I had easy steps to following to arrange the pick-up of my car. Although the steps I was told would happen, on pickup day, didn’t happen. The transition was so easy and quick. As soon as I gave keys and documents over the email & money arrived within seconds. Would definitely recommend this company and use again if I ever have the need to.

I had used car.co.uk previously with no issues so when I needed another car scrapped I didn’t hesitate to use them again. But after this experience I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone

I booked in to have a car collected for scrap the following afternoon, waited home all day & no one turned up. I called car.co.uk and was told the buyers office was now closed and they wouldn’t be coming that night but the buyer or the advisor would call me first thing the next morning

I had heard nothing by 10:30am the next morning so called car.co.uk again and was told the buyer tried to call me the previous day but he definitely didn’t. Long story short - after getting the buyers phone number from car.co.uk I spend 2 hours going round in circles, unable to get through to the buyer and car.co.uk telling me I just need to keep trying cause there’s no other buyers in my area. When I eventually spoke to the buyer they told me they had asked car.co.uk to contact me to change the day & time as they couldn’t do the time I originally booked

Car.co.uk then called and told me there magically was another buyer available and the car did get collected that day. I’m glad it was resolved in the end but the customer service I received was really poor. Multiple advisors talked over me, seemed frustrated and unwilling to provide me any solution. My agreement was with car.co.uk - I shouldn’t have spent all morning trying to call the buyer. I’m not sure if the issue lies on the buyer or car.co.uk’s side but either way the service was not good, took multiple phone calls to resolve & 2 days off work unpaid

I’m sure things go smoothly for most people based on the other reviews but not worth the risk or the bad customer service in my opinion

Quick and easy great service and fast payment

Waited all afternoon for my car to be collected between 1200-1700 and no one truned up !! And worst of all, not even a phone call to say they wouldnt be coming !! Instead, an email a week later to say booking was cancelled !! Appalling service !!
