Great promotions. Slow withdrawals but great overall.

They are criminals and conartists. They literally stole $100 from me! They are trying to say it's because they didn't have enough information, which is a lie. They had all of my banking info in order to send a international wire transfer and now they tried saying they need my bank statements. To them now saying that the money isn't valid anymore and that I won't
be getting my money I requested to withdraw. I asked them to prove to me why they keep adding more things for information they want. Everytime I speak to someone else. They add another 2 things to the list they previously told me. If they really needed that information, they would of asked me from the beginning. Not continuously add other things to the long list of information they want. Alot of the info, is not even needed for a transfer. The RCMP needs to take them down. Close these sites and sue make the companies payback everyone

They are scammers they are liars someone created an account underneath my name and compromised my bank cards and spent $1,399.75 to them and I’m trying to get my money back and they have been ignoring my emails have blocked me from live chat they said they were sending me a payment to my bank won’t respond to what bank or how much the payment is coming back to me they have a worker up there by the name of Brandon Mitchell and he ran my cards multiple times for outrageous amounts like for example one charge was for $928 I have a bunch of screenshots of what he did I’m so pissed right now I want my money back for the transactions I didn’t do and want them pieces of shits to answer my god damn emails

Major issues with the required spending on sc to make it back, but in general ( I have all the screenshots still) I’ve one almost 1000 a few times but they always found a way to cut it down insanely, from 800 to 300 or even just a 300 dollar win to 50. Over “promos and codes for spins?” Which hey I get I got a promo spend 20 get 60 w/e but how does a 1000 turn into less than 400??? This was in Indiana and now I’m in Nebraska this website is practically banned here and not recommended so idk. Was going to get back into it but my state says “f” screw that, and we just got sports betting and casinos in general just to help the state progress finally

And I hope this fake scammy ass website sees this and reaches back out. I stopped using them for 5 years after my winnings and being cheated and gone to better.

No crazy wins but I haven’t put a penny in and have won over 1000 between the 3 in the last 3 years at minimum.
Don’t waste your time with captain jack. You’ll feel like you won big the. You get paid and it’s always problems. I used captain for two years and sure a lot of digging but I saved everything because I fought them with there on material and policies.

Had to make date more modern but I’ve tried the site off and on it’s still full of shit just don’t. Coming from a multi business manager I’ve had better luck on a dumb gas station slot machine sadly

I won $1000 in Nov 2024. It took close to 2 months until I only received $390 thru crypto. I went to the LCB.org and asked them intervene to help me get the $ I won. Of course they found ways and had "reasons" why I wouldn't be paid out the amount I won. I even thought why not play the free $ for spins they give everyday and I won another $200. Of course they told me since it was played from my original winnings I will not be allowed to cash out those winnings. They are a scam casino. They refuse to payout out what the players owed. I'm a fool for not listening to the reviews here. Actually won with the free spins I was given, completed the playthrough and kept my withdrawal under the maximum cash out, but of course they found a way to not pay out. They said the reason was because they sent me free spins before so now the free spins I got today were worthless and no funds once soever could be withdrawn. Even did the minimum deposit of $10 using lite coin so now I'm out that too as the minimum withdrawal is $20 and I'm not putting another penny into this scam site.

I won $1500 on Christmas Day 2024. On February fourth, I got an email saying that I would get my payment at 7 to 10 business days and then contacted Captain Jack and they said it was deposited on February 14. I never got it. I recently made a deposit here and started playing and it went well, I won $18,000 playing slots and was stoked. I was stoked until I went to cash out that is. I fallowed their rules and did the playthrough on the bonus money and it said that all the money was available to cash out so I put in to cash out 17 of tge 18 thousand dollars thinking I'd play on the thousand that I left there for a while. After going through the withdrawal stuff I checked out the tournaments that they have and thought what the hell I will try one. I played the tournament and got up to first place at the time I played and then I closed the website and went and did stuff for the rest of the day and then got back on the next morning just to see what it would say and low and behold it said that my account had 0 dollars in it. So after trying to speak to their so called customer service agents I learned that because I entered the 30 dollar tournament I lost all my money and the withdrawal was denied. Sorry I could go on for an hour about all the bs I was put through and the rude people it was frustrating as could be. The moral of my review is to steer very clear of this place because it is a 100% scam. They are nothing but spineless thieves! You've been warned!

After 2 days of getting my credentials verified was told I couldn't receive a check, since my last deposit wasn't crypto I couldn't get it through that, and my bank doesn't do international wire transfers direct so that's out. Non payers. And the people I know that did make small withdrawals from complained of payments being very slow. A month or more. If I were seeking to make a deposit in a casino then there are plenty that will pay within a couple of hours , some 24 hours and some take as long as a week but to take a month or the chance of non payment is unacceptable. I use Bitcoin so my deposits are fast and my withdrawals should never take that long or be denied. There are many good legit casinos out there with 24 hours contacts available. Captain Jack casino is the worst of the worst. Atlantic is a bad one too.

had no problems with them depositing and withdrawing until i actually won big. was given a run around but jumped through their hoops, re-verified, etc. and they still denied my withdraw. their support is clueless and their management is just as incompetent. i'd warn anyone against depositing here.

Absolute shit site! Complete joke. I won a few hundred and did the verification and they approved my identity credentials and then all of a sudden they closed my account so I wasn’t able to retrieve my winnings and in top of that I had to pay $10 to verify my Litecoin wallet and they said I could withdraw it with my winnings but couldn’t cause they closed my account! Bogus AF!.

If could give them a one star I would. I been playing through them for about six plus months now. I deposited about $200 total with all the bonuses and all then I won over $1000 first time hit tried to withdrawal it it said verification needed did that and it so was approved and all good but also had to finish playing the bonus amount it was like $300 and during this I hit again another $1000 so now I’m up to almost $3000 now keep trying to withdrawal it and it and it now saying need to verify again sent them over five plus times now and still don’t work my card used to make payment is a card with no name on it and they won’t take that but it was what used to make payment so now here sites all my winnings and I can’t even cash out a small amount of it and it’s bull crap I wouldn’t of put my money into it If knew they would do this crap!!! I won $50 in a supposedly FREE tournament, made the required deposit, and got the confirmation email stating that my winnings were on the way. I went in today to see what was taking so long, and was told that because I was playing in a FREE tournament, the system sees that as multiple free chips in a row and declined my withdraw because I supposedly didn't make a deposit!
