Update to my update to my update: I played all of my winnings which was $500. I gave them my information so many times like an idiot. And when I played, the bonus said no playthrough rules and you can withdraw whenever you want to. That is a lie. They will never pay you and you will never see your money

Update to my update, first they wanted a picture of the card I had used while purchasing. That card had been stolen. I got them a letter stating that the card was stolen and since then I have been using a new card. I now have over $300 in the account, they told me to play down to $5 and use my new card, which I've already used. They said if I Don't play my money, they'll take it away. I understand policy and procedures, but this is just cruel. I'm going to ask a lawyer if I have any rights at all. So I'm expected to play all the way down to $5, purchase more coins with the new card again. These people are scandalous and deserve to be shut down

I have a $200 redemption that I've been trying to get for 2 weeks. I sent them my ID three times, I sent them proof of address twice, I explained to them that the card that I was using, was stolen. I sent them a handwritten letter, I've sent them my whole bank account information. I hope they don't hack me. I will never see this $200. Oh, get this. They told me to play until my account is under $5 and then start again by using a new card. I have been using the same card for the last 2 weeks when I purchased from them. I don't understand the problem, I wish I never was on the site. 😔😔 I hope people read reviews before playing this casino online. Sent my documents to them to be verified thru email. They said in a email that they received my email with proof of documents. So a week or 2 passes and they say they never received the email. Unbelievable

Do not ever use this website it is a complete scam. They do not pay out. If they had negative stars, that’s what they would’ve gotten.They ask for bank accounts they ask for proof of an address they asked for PDFs of your banking transactions and even when you send all of that there’s some reason that they can’t pay out. They can’t do it via check. They will not return it to your debit or credit card like any other online casino does. They make it so hard to get your winnings that most people give up. As many of the reviews state, Captain Jacks is deceptive, dishonest and should not be allowed to fleece people. They make it very easy to gamble in the site, but deny you the money you e won. I literally entered my verification information 6-7 times only to have it not accepted. Then I got notice they accepted it but when I tried to cash out I was asked again to submit my verification and the process started over. Even when bonus amounts were accounted for, I was still owed $250. When I finally got help via chat, they told me the money was not cashable. WTF? They are so blatantly dishonest it’s disgusting. Fool me once! This racket is likely taking in lots of money off of deceptive marketing. But it’s more the fact that they deceive and rob people that’s heartless.
