I won $6000, they have paid out half of that over a 3 month period and still waiting on the rest.

I came here today extremely frustrated with their slow payout process.

I was told 7-10 business days after my payout was approved, which took another 7-10 business days, so already a month. I came to see why I haven’t received after the 28 days they claimed, told me to wait 24 hours and they had escalated it. Came back then told to wait 48 hours, and then today told to wait 72 hours. Why the heck does it take that long. Worst payout process I’ve ever been a part of.

Also they take your vip or depositor status away while you’re withdrawing anything so you can’t use any free chips, the deposit bonuses are limited to extremely high play through and very low max cash outs. The whole casino is a joke.

It’s a scam! I won $12000 but had to play through $10000 to actually be able to cash out. Then when I tried to cash out the $2000, the employee told me that I could only cash out $1770 because I was initially given a $250 free chip and that $250 needed to be deducted. So they deducted the $250 and I tried to cash out $1770. I waited a few days and asked customer service how many days it takes to withdraw. He looked at my account and said the max I could withdraw is $250 since that’s the value of the free chip. I told him that I was already told by the other employee (and provided him screenshots) that I would be receiving $1770 and that the $250 was already taken from my account by the company. He said it didn’t matter, I would only be getting $250 and I can refer to terms and conditions.

Update: I looked in the terms and conditions and it specifically says-Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account.

In this case the bonus amount of $250 was removed from my total amount. I should still be able to cash out $1770 according to their own rules.

Got scammed on a bonus. Then they offer some bs 4000x rollover. I spend 300 daily easily but never again another dollar to this crap.

I have been trying to upload a selfie for over a week and it won’t load, tried live chat and just keep sending the same link over and over that also won’t load. I’ve tried calling several times and it doesn’t even ring, sent 11 emails and no response!!

You win and then you have to register with bitcoin to withdraw and after the fact get told that you not able to withdraw from the region or area you are in. What a scam.

Well I did it again playing on Captain Jack. The last withdrawal I received was short a couple hundred , but they did put $100 play credit on my account. So I used it. Today is day 10 and my withdrawal request isn't even approved. Perhaps another 2 months. This will be my 3rd withdrawal with captain jack so it's not like I'm a new verification or anything like that. They have great bonuses and like the layout of the site. The only problem and a huge problem with us all that spend money to play is the withdrawal process. I have spent enough not to feel like it's been wasting my time.
