Very pleased with item

Very pleased with item, a cap for my son’s birthday. However I was annoyed to receive it packaged in a plastic bag with a small amount of bubble wrap. If it had arrived creased I know he would not have worn it.

Great buy

I discovered capital golf online and appreciated the range of golf merchandise on offer. I placed my order and received it within 3days with dpd. When I checked the price of my purchases elsewhere I also saved money so it was a win win for me, let’s hope I can take this form to the course with me!

Exchanges or returns not possible

Good products but when tried to exchange a top for a smaller size, total silence. No response to various contact attempts. Bought the returns label but it wasn't sent. Now poss stuck with something that doesn't fit. Don't know if too busy or a tactic to prevent returns and exchanges. Either way, poor form.

Update following the response below - no label or response.

Update 29 Aug 20 - return label still not received.

This company are THIEVES. They have stolen my money and refuse to refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

Capital golf have had my returned item for 15 days and refuse to refund me. Ever email I send is met with a generic response that i will be contacted back within 24 hours, but never have i received a reply after 10 attempts. Every time i call i am met with total disregard for my order or my lost money, fobbed off to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and ignored. An utter disgrace.

Today was the final straw, I spoke with Sam (who refused to give me any more details or surname) and was spoken to like a piece of dirt. He spoke down to me and flatly refused to be passed on to any manager or customer service superior even after asking 20 times. He lied about the status of my return and lied about me calling an incorrect number. He couldn't have been any more rude and less helpful if he tried, eventually acting like a cowardly spoilt child, hanging up on me TWICE as he didn't have any response to my questions.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAPITAL GOLF. THEY ARE COWBOYS WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS OR TREAT CUSTOMERS. IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Still no refund!

I still haven't received a refund for the product in my order that was faulty. You've replied to my reviews twice saying this was automatically processed...it hasn't been. You continue to ignore my emails to customer service. PLEASE REFUND MY ORDER!

Paid extra for quicker delivery

Paid extra for quicker delivery, still waiting for my order to arrive!! Emailed customer service twice now and Ive been completely ignored! Will not be ordering from here ever again! If i could give 0 stars i would!!

Awful experience. Awful service. Buy elsewhere.

Awful experience. I wish I had never bothered. Ordered a Father's Day present, more than a month later it still hasn't arrived and I am just giving up. Customer Service is non-existent. Even when they do get back to you (days and days later) they are more keen to get rid of you than solve your problem. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else!

Do not respond to emails or messages

Sent several emails and used the contact form on the website to arrange an exchange (as no return label included in the parcel) and received no response to any of my messages.

We do not offer free returns labels. You emailed us at 26/05/20 - 11:48 and we replied with the instructions within 5 minutes.

Awful service very disappointing

Made a birthday purchase on a Wednesday and paid an extra cost for delivery to arrive up to 3 working days. The following Thursday I was still waiting to find out DPD hadn’t even been given the parcel from Capital golf. After contacting DPD and being given the tracking information and told they hadn’t even received the parcel, I called the shop and they tried to tell me the parcel had been given to DPD and they were lying I awaited more information and the next day I was told It had been lost in France ! Considering I live in the uk and the parcel was dispatched in the uk this was slightly confusing. I called DPD again and they confirmed yet again this wasn’t true. I called the store again to be confronted with a very rude employee the customer service was terrible.
I agreed to wait to see if arrived the next day. And without any contact for the shop I discovered a refund in my account.
I would never order from here again terrible terrible service !!!!

The parcel was misrouted which caused a delay on delivery. We told you the item would be delivered the following working day via the phone call you make and you then requested we cancel the order via email before item was delivered.

Poor service overall but money taken

Ordered £45 Golf Cap which hasn't arrived (stated 30th June). No response from online contact form and phone line is dead to online sales. Very poor service.
