The entire process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Buying a new house and navigating the mortgage market is incredibly dauting for the uninitiated, it often felt overwhelming. From the beginning of our engagement Tom took an incredibly personal approach which I felt was lacking elsewhere. We'd actually engaged for several months before we actually found the property we wanted to buy and throughout the whole process, the feasibility and options were always presented to us. When we finally found our house Tom explained the entire process, what it meant to us and was always available to answer any questions we had or clarify things throughout. Buying a house can be a very stressful experience but working with Tom and Caenstone reduced the stress and we felt we had someone on our side and someone we could trust throughout!

My experience with Caenstone Mortgage advisors was very positive. Our advisor, Martyn, successfully helped to re-mortgage the property at much lower rate than I had before, he patiently provided on-going advice on the potential mortgage options during this uncertain period (which took time as banks were changing LTV requirements and rates), took time to explain all the possibilities for my scenario and to calculate final financial impact for each option.
